Espen, it's great to see so much work coming from you. Don't know what got you rolling like this but remember it next time you get down about drawing/art/etc. You're moving out into new directions and bringing your skills with your ambitions. Good on you, man. I agree with Comlock that the highlight on the head isn't reading well. Didn't know what it was until I saw C's comment. You can open that PSD and save as another version and play around with it. You have nothing to lose but inexperience! Zhenmuron, you've got some great volumes working with your paintings. The body of the blue dragon is particularly good. Be careful with your choice of black outlines, even if you're making shadows under the stomach scales. They really flatten the shapes and work against all your careful volume shading. Try (if you like) painting over the black lines with dark, low-saturation blues (for the dragon). This will help create the illusion of the volume "turning in space", as the phrase goes (not literally, but visually). The same suggestion goes for your yellow creature (dragon?). The black lines flatten it too much and could be repainted with low-value, low-saturation versions of your main colours. Good work you guys! kib |

Sweet mother of god!!!!! That is awesome cell. I saw it in its WIP state but my god does that look amazing. love the background, love the colouring and love the girl. I also love the ebaum sux and stop stealing graffiti

It's nice and I especially like the shading and highlights but it's not very symmetrical I also think the highlights in the topmost part of the helmet are wrong.It looks flat and I presume you wanted it round |

i like it, i like it alot.
:lol: looks like a brackenwood style with anime lol. one problem is the eyes aren't symmetrical, the right one is lower, and the circles in the eyes are too oval shaped. Also is it supposed to be a girl? coz if so the line on the chest is more what a man would have, and if its a man, the lips look like they have lipstick on em. But im guessin its a girl coz of the hair. |
