One thing that seems to be catching my eye though is that the woman looks a little stiff up against the tree, as if she might fall over.

yeh i agree all u need to fix is the shoulder that is on the tree, it should be bending in a bit like when ur finger touches something, the flesh flattens.

Also the left hip should be goin out more. because of how she is standing.

VERY nice pic tho! well done! i like ur style!

TekkFox, nice drawing, got a higher resolution one, cant really crit it when i cant see the detail.

DAMN! i like i', I like i' alo'.

:D

Its very realistic. colors chosen well! what did u draw with?
coz i've never used felt board just wondering.
One thing i see wrong is the right eye (from our view) has no shine on it, and it looks really wierd lol.

I'd like to see the process, but there's no link

edit: it's there now, thanks

Great work, I especially like the transparent effect used on the water spirit and the reflections in the water look good too. Water is so difficult to capture and you did it very well.

Espen, that stuff is brilliant!! The clouds and smoke are dynamic--- I would LOVE to see a more detailed process of how you get that kind of texture and lighting on them... as well as your tool palette. :bitey:

Sitting here just looking at your work espen i picked something out that is small but i think would have been just a wee bit better for the Night wraith picture ... or night warriors. The smokein the background is trailing off to the left but the glow smoke from their eyes are going right and straight up which seems like they should all be flowing with the wind to the left too. Maybe the guy whos glow is traveling to the right just made a fast swosh over to the left side and thats why his are going right. Anyway its nothing to big just wanted to help out if it did even help you out at all! Keep up the excelent work.

Hey, looking good.
I see that the light source casts a shadow thanks to the blood drip.
The shadow itself is too strong for the light though. And would the monster really just sit there and watch his legs get cut half? :/

As for the other picture, I like the idea of a burning village in the background. The eyes remind me too much of Nochnoi Dozor...

:fpbls:
