What would be some good study habits for learning Sarus as a beginner? I've made myself a lil' dictionary, but I'm wondering if it would do me good to memorize like... 1 word a day, 5 words, or start at simpler ones and work my way up at like 3-6 a day. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Me and my friend are learning this for classroom notes and special discussions

I've always found it's very helpful to learn the words by using them. Memorise a couple of sentences that you will use a lot.. after a while it'll become very easy to say it and you'll automatically learn the meaning of each word. Here are a couple of my early learning sentences: l sld dts m ft ltt (means: "the forest world is very pretty") I used to say that every chance I got.. so it helped me remember the words for 'forest', 'world' and 'beautiful/pretty'. mf r fm, ml r lm (means: "this and that, here and there") That's another one I used to say all the time.. now I never have trouble remembering the words for 'this', 'that', 'here' and 'there'. If you want to remember some words, try to make a sentence that you can say to your friend all the time, like: "rl m fr?" (means: "what time is it?" - - literal translation: "now is when?") |
