If anyone that reads this has read my post called, "Rubix Cube anyone?" this is a similar type of thing. I really like video games, even though my friends can beat my butt at all the games I play. Anyway this a poem, not a very good one, but a poem none the less. Here goes.

Life and Game

You've bought a new game, oh what fun
While the new Mother and Father adore their newborn son
Your character has just begun on level one
Similar to the couples tiny newborn son
The character is new and is lacking experience
Just like the young boy in all of his innocence
But as you play the character gains experience and grows with time
As does the young boy, learning and listening to nursery rhymes
Your character meets challenges as the game progresses
The young boy is praised at challenges met with successes
You believe your character is reaching its peak
Now the young boy is older able to walk and speak
We peek into the future to see what has come to be
And truth be told, I like what we see
You've reached the final boss, and won
The now grown Man has found his fortune
You decide to restart your game, a fresh new beginning
The Man and his wife are happy, for a new life is coming into being
Time for your adventure to begin anew
The newborn, a girl this round, is ready to start too
So, in closing, we bid adieu.

That is the poem Life and Game, (with a few changes) and I hope you the readers enjoyed it.
