Thanks, DW. I waited a long time for that shot.

It was taken in Damascus, Syria. We were nearing the end of a six-month trip that started in England. Still had to get down to the Red Sea in Jordan before heading home via Paris and London. We shot almost 5,000 pics in 6 months across 12 countries. Was it awesome? Why, yes! Yes it was! :)

i see, it makes sense now haha, sorry about the confusion, but remember: confusion is wisdom... :unsure:.. not really

EDIT:
kid, i was messing in photoshop, using that first dancing photograph you took, and just seeing what looked best, and in the end i came up with this;

hope you like it.
and those lyrics there.. they were from this song that your picture reminded me of, which is listed at the bottom, its a very nice song for any who should want to listen to it. ;)

Nice one, FFF! The contrast is great and I can see how you made the connection with the lyrics. Thanks for your compliments above and keep up the good PS work.

Beautiful work, Psybola. Great exposure in the darks around the lake. And nice to see the English Bay pic. Was that yours too? When were you here?

Nope, Canstock looks for similar images and provides thumbnails/links to them by other users. If it doesn't say Psycho in the author field, it's not mine. ;)

Just some i took on my holiday in Barcelona, Spain.
I cant remember the name of this master piece but i know it was designed by Gaudi and has been being made for about forty years. It is truly magnificant to see up close it makes you dizzy when you look from the bottom straight up to the top.

AMAZING!

Also i want to add that the two sides (one which was previously made and one that is being made now) couldnt look more different. One is weathered and old with the traditional 'church' look to it and the newer side looks more like a sculpture and is really clean and the statues on it have straight edges on it instead of being smooth like the older side (one can only assume that is because they havn't finished them :worry: )

This is deffinately something i am going to revisit when it is finished

We timed our trip through Paris to catch the Miyazaki/Moebius art show last year. I snuck some photos (against the rules) of the all-original artwork on display and this is one of my favorites.

Not a great pic, but the subject matter should be seen by the BW members. It's a model sheet of Jiji, the cat from the great Miyazaki film "Kiki's Delivery Service". The characters in the bottom right corner say "Jiji".

You must see this film.
