G'day Y'all! Previously I added a test on wrapping wire around a hand. I have expanded on it and given it a forearm, also i changed the pattern that the wrapping followed. I made 4 tests to see what suits best. The fourth and final test, I think is the best. Red square means go! What do you think? I haven't implimented the barbs on the wire totally yet, its a long and boring job, which i will do when i do not feel creative. At the moment.. I'm on a creative spree.. which isn't good because a) im at skool and i'm in exam period.byby |

It looks ok, but a bit wierd...rather than barbed wire going round and round it looks like lines going across the arm. it's not very believable, sorry...
But good work any way! -Wiz |

G'day Wiz! Thanks for your thoughts, but err they didnt help too much. Any ideas as to how I could go about making it look more believable? Do you find anything wrong with the pattern that the wire is wrapping? Thanks A Bunch! byby |

If you sort of, bent the wire before it wrapped around again, then it might look more like wire, at the moment, it just looks like lines on a hand...keep it up though! |

Okay. So in Computer Science 3 AP, most of us get really bored from coding the same damn card game over and over again so we mostly just hang on the internet. However, A computer wiz friend of mine (he's started up a small business with his mom where they create custom software. This kid could pass this class 3 times by the end of the year) and I just fiddle around in flash and create mini-movies for the rest of the class to enjoy. He's currently making a monster truck game and uses code to move his symbols. I do simple frame by frame. (Im currently working on a short zombie clip) This is my short little alien movie I made in 30 minutes of class. I do not have a pen tablet at school and I dont bother changing the fps from 12 because I really dont want to put so much effort into it. This animation was done with 80 frames (all key frames) using singles for all layers. Enjoy. |

First time I've seen you in this thread!?
Looks good too. You could have your own 30 cartoons in 30 days (excluding weekends) On another note, how many years of school have you got left? I have always had the feeling you were older than me?

Hey Ak, nice plan. Don't get too bogged down doing the plan and just go out and do it; you learn the most by learning from your mistakes, and this comes from a certified perfectionist.
Get crackin'.You're getting a bit fancy with leaving the toes down through the passing position, but that should be okay if you take the time to make sure it flicks up in a satisfying way. Your side-to side weightshift could stand to be exaggerated more. |
