Yeah I thought that the knee looked a bit thicker but, I thought that it might just be me. Hey Fludd that looks great but, the looping is a little messed up it looks like the legs are moving in a circular motion, kinda like their orbiting one another, you need to switch the front leg with the back leg on each second step (hope I explained that correctly, Im not a man of words) Heres a quick little thing I made today click |

Yah, i thought someone would say that. Though, that one was old and i didnt know what the heck i was doing back then. Tho, now i usualy grab someone and have him/her or even me, perform these cycles for me and record them on paper.Tho, thanks for the "looks great" even if its old :bing:. Btw, good stick animation today. I liked the morphing style.

It is an animation thread, and seeing as in walkcycles are a type of animation, well I deem it appropriate to post a walk-cycle..... |

Yeah I think an animated walk cycle counts as an animation... anything animated counts. |

Yes, but come on.. give'us some variety here.. I would have thought people would be dying to put their random animations of some dude ripping another dude's guts out.. I dunno, thats just my opinion.. i guess i can just.. not look at the walk-cycles.. Proceed to post them. byby |

Well, its just that most people here dont do random animations. And if they do, its something that doesnt involve ripping someones guts out. Anyway, I dont think that the long time members and animators do this stuff... I know I dont cause I got better things to do with that time... Then again, I could be wrong. XD Dont let the door smack you on the ass w00t. P.S If you wanna see "variety"... Why dont you post something? EDIT: (post #2 :P) Here is a... RUN cycle. Sorta. Well, its doesnt really cycle XD. But hey, its not WALK. Some variety. XD Basically I just colored the sketchy ninja I posted earlier. He'll interact correctly with the enviorment too when I color that :P. |

I'm not sure what that means ?You mean, did I take a video and trace it? EDIT: Googled it Yeah, it turned out to be that.Well, then no. I sat on my ass for 3 hours and drew that ninja over, and over, and over, and over again. |

I still reckon you could improve it with a cool background and some blur effects etc. on the first flame (you are using flash 8 yeah?). BTW did your project have to include tweening? |

u should make master chief jump down from the top right and punch the prophet and stick a sticky bomb to his chair and jump away i think you will make a great voice actor the voice sounded so one with nature and flash i felt that your voice belonged for that meaning  |

G'day Y'all! I got yet another assignment for Multimedia class. Heres the task: VCE VET Multimedia Authoring Task 1 Flash task Flower Power Adrian Miller is the proprietor of the Flower Power Nursery. He wants a series of 3 Flash movies to include in his new website. The three areas he wants to highlight are ˇ Climbing plants ˇ Water features ˇ The Flower Power Café You are to create an interactive Flash movie that allows the user a choice of which section to view and enables them to go to any other section. Use ActionScript carefully so that your buttons work and the framescript works. You may create the objects (flowers, ponds, coffee ect) in Illustrator or Flash or both. Your planning is an important part of this and you need to provide evidence of your decisions in your planning document and your visual diary. You should investigate other garden sites to see how similar products are handled. Technical and design notes Use the skills you have in creating buttons that interact with movieclips to create this work. Think carefully about the way your buttons look and the way that your elements are arranged on the stage. Criteria for assessment Expressing ideas and information Form and style are appropriate for the purpose audience and situation Information and ideas are well organised and effectively communicated Techniques and processes The work reflects mastery of all technical skills/procedures Problem solving Accurately predicts and explains problems Identifies strategies for investigating and resolving problems Planning and organisation Can work within a given timeline to develop the product Application of underpinning knowledge Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of key concepts Effectively applies these understandings in the completion of the product Hand in ˇ Your planning document ˇ Your fla and swf movies (upload these to WebCT) ˇ Reference work and thumbnails in a section in your Visual Diary And here is my first draft, which is my final copy because I want to move onto my own animations and test my skills in brilliance Have fun with that! byby |
