I changed it to stream and everything and it's still out of sync, I dunno whats wrong.

Edit: I fixed it, slightly, you may have to let it loop a few times before it looks right
click

You have to set the rate of the audio file in the publishing settings.

e.g. Select the audio settings to be:

Stream - Mono, 24kbps

instead of 16kbps

To KalleR: Some great work coming from you recently man. Keep it up. Looking good. You like the shakey cam effect dont ya lol. Works well. Are you using the VCAM or moving the graphic?

To Authur: Hey man, I like your 3D woalk cycle. Did you build that model yourself and rig it yourself or is it a preset model available for practise? (I noticed the little head band so I wondered whther you made it or not)

I quite like the walk cycle. There is a lot of secondary animation on the toes that makes it more dynamioc and bouncey imo. Looking good man.

hahaha, isn't that your father? I thought it was a good lip sync except at one part it seemed a little bit slow.

Yeah that character was made to look like my dad, Knots. And I guess the begining is a bit slower than the rest, like I said it still needs some more inbetweens.

In class we had the task of making our own manga character and then we had to do a short animation using them.

I mixed and matched bits of different manga characters to create my
Medieval Warrior

And then I animated him.
- The little blue things are meant to be pixies.
- There was to be no blood in these animations.
- No other manga human characters were meant to be in these animations.

Here he is!

Crits please. Or questions.
Thanks a Bunch!

Not bad w00t. You seem to do a lot of work at school, way better than my crappy IT class where half the class is struggling with a simple motion tween
Seriously though, they are idiots -_-

Anyhoo, do you have flash at home?

G'day CLiNK!

Yeah, I have a school laptop so I do try to do some animating at home.
However, I never get time to do any real animating because of all this freaking homework from the theoretical, non-creative classes like physics >.<
And when I do get free time I usually spend it chillin with mates, playing computer games and/or doing something awesome in my new awesome house.
I animate in all the times between. On the tram trip home, i pull out my graphic tablet and my laptop and animate. In classes at school, whenever the teacher blabbers on about nothing or if I finish work before everyone else, i whip it out and start animating.
The most time that I ever have to animate is in Multimedia class.

Animating is going ok, just finnished school holidays so just like you I have a ton of homework to do :(
------
Also here's a walk thing I made, it started out as a march but just turned into some weirdo walk cycle. No real meaning to it, just felt like doing something.

It's a bit clunky I realise

It's good Clink, the leg movement is perfect, but, I think you need to try to maintain the foots shape a little bit more, and let it bend on the slide back.

haha, nice walk cycle boggle.. the only thing that I'll say now is that when one walks, one's arm and opposite leg move the same way. (eg, their left arm and right leg go forward at the same time and the right arm and left leg go backward at the same time..) that's my only comment though. I'm glad you "put a lot of effort into it" ;) :P

Haha, you're very goofy kalleR. :)

I'm loving that first guy... I have no idea why.

Anyways, the walk cycle was screaming at me. Mostly it was screaming "This guys elbow bends the opposite way that it's supposed to!" Then I looked at it and thought, maybe it was just bent the same way the whole time, like maybe the shoulder rotated the arm so it looked like it was impossibly bending. Unfortunately, in order to do that, the arm must've gone like...through his ribs/kidneys... which would also be impossible. His legs move a bit wacky..ly? His knees come up towards the watcher and then his feet come down at like an angle instead of straight on. Not to mention the fact that the knees bend backwards a way that isn't possible without a great deal of pain... :gasp: :worry:

You probably knew all of this already, I'm just pointing it out in case :)
