In almost every single Flash i watch, there is always something that is blurry. I want to know how to make this effect for a flash movie i am making right as i am writing this, becuse it would look awesome

You can either bring in a blurred graphic from PS, or you can use the Blur settings in Flash (only Flash 8 Pro or newer). Open Flash, hit the F1 button, and type "blur". |
