Sounds like the title of an Arcade Fire song.
I like the surrealism, but the stream of consciousness style can make it a little hard to read sometimes, which seems a shame, especially as judging by your descriptions you could write some really interesting fiction if you tried. Maybe you could combine the surreal ideas with a slightly more structured approach, so you get something that's both engaging and weird. I dunno, you're probably happy as you are.
