"Okay, it's on the house, but only if you tell me how you got such a small head," and the man replies, "Well, one day I was walking down the street and a genie pops out of the bush. A girl genie. She says I can have one wish, and I ask her if she'll have sex with me, but she says no because her body trails away into a wispy smoke thing. So, I asked her 'Could you give me a little head then'"? The man walked away with his beer, smiling like the smug git he was.
