It doesn't have to involve plot (but it would be good if it did, like if people were doing it for money), and ANYONE can submit an aplication, but they must be in before a set date. But the combatants wouldn't just be just random (if you wanted it to be though, it could be random), per say, but the contestants would randomly pick numbers out of a box until all the numbers were gone. The combatants with the same number must do battle, and thus so keep fighting until a victor imerges. Of course there would have to be tables and such drawn up, but that can be considered later (yay for procrastination!). I just thought it would be a really fun idea for everyone to get together and beat the living sh*t out of eachother :P. There probably are flaws with it that I haven't noticed, since this is a good idea and has probably already been suggested, but just throwing the idea out there...who would like this? Oh, also, you don't have to kill your opponent, just knock them either out of the ring or until they are too weak to fight or give up. There would be mages on stand in case it got too serious.
