Well, I was just thinking, and I came up with the idea for an arena! It doesn't have to involve plot (but it would be good if it did, like if people were doing it for money), and ANYONE can submit an aplication, but they must be in before a set date. But the combatants wouldn't just be just random (if you wanted it to be though, it could be random), per say, but the contestants would randomly pick numbers out of a box until all the numbers were gone. The combatants with the same number must do battle, and thus so keep fighting until a victor imerges. Of course there would have to be tables and such drawn up, but that can be considered later (yay for procrastination!). I just thought it would be a really fun idea for everyone to get together and beat the living sh*t out of eachother :P. There probably are flaws with it that I haven't noticed, since this is a good idea and has probably already been suggested, but just throwing the idea out there...who would like this? Oh, also, you don't have to kill your opponent, just knock them either out of the ring or until they are too weak to fight or give up. There would be mages on stand in case it got too serious. |

I think this is an o.k. Idea. Also we could have a grand pri were all the emissarys and reps fight. |

It could be an idea in the works, but its also a bit risky. I mean, it could turn into a Godmod fest...we'd definitely have to lay down some ground rules. And it'd probably need its own mod if it was to be active enough. It could be made as a temporary sort of event though. Like a contest. And the winner of the arena battle would get...? Its not a bad idea though. Something to chew on. |

Hmm...well, money doesn't seem like a very amazing prize... Oh, I know: Either a magical item, or something very shiiiiny.... Whatever, I just wanted an excuse to punch an Admin in the face XD. Nah, but it just seemed fun. |

hahaha it has potential, it really does. The only thing I'm thinking about, is how we do it without it getting out of hand. I also like the emissarys battling emissarys sort of thing. Like...that could be entertaining. Or like "training sessions" sort of things with prep... |

Emissaries vs Emissaries? Satan damn it... XD That would be fun, 'cause then an admin would punch ME in the face. To stop it getting out of hand? Well, I 'unno, there could be rules, like no biting, shots to the nuts, or something similar... Training sessions? That sounds cool, or sparring, but you could spar with anyone, since you wouldn't know who you were fighting. The sadistic thing is the person in charge could just say random names that amused him and watch them fight. |
