 Well, we all need a break from roleplaying once in a while, and a halloween party was a great Idea! But now that Halloween's over, its time for something new. And we've decided upon a LOLChat Competition.

Here's how it goes:

  • You, and a couple friends start a roleplay in the LOLChat Contest forum with your friends. (Please have no more than 4 people in a roleplay for this contest.) Simple enough right?
  • This roleplay doesn't have to relate to your storyline at all (unless you want to have fun and throw your character into a dream or alternate reality or whatever.)
  • You need to use YOUR BW character to participate. Secondarys and such are permitted for this contest.
  • If you roleplay with your secondaries, you need to have at least one other person outside of your accounts to roleplay with you. (For Example: If I have a roleplay with Rozzy and David, I need to have another member join so that I'm not writing it all on my own.)
  • You MUST speak in LOLChat for at least 75% of your post. Actions don't necessarily need to be in LOLChat form.
  • Post length rules do not apply, neither do any rules of the English language :D.

 Hey, all! Like Rozzy said, if you have ANY questions, plese ask me.

Now, you might be asking yourself, "WTF is LOLspeak, Kai?!?!" Well, good person, I am here to give you an answer.

LOLspeak is a crazy twist on the "English" language, using mispellings, internet shorthand/slang (circa: WTF, OMG, LOL, etc.), and internet meme's.

Now, a NEW question arises. "Kai... WTF is an internet meme?" Well, a meme could be any crazy/stupid phrase that you may have encountered upon the internets (circa: "So, I herd u liek mudkipz?") Of course, there are MANY other memes out there in this crazy world, enough to make your computer's ISP beg for mercy.

I will now engage in a LOLspeak scenario:

"O hai dere! I can haz cheezburger?!?!!/11/1/one"

"No, u can not haz. I'z NOMin it."

"OMGWTFBBQ. WRYYYYYYYYYYY!!"

"GTFO N00B."

"NO U"

"NO U"

"Kthxbai."

Yes, as you can see, it barely made any sense. TO THE UNTRAINED EYE. I clearly see one person requesting for a cheeseburger. The other, who is eating said sandwhich, refuses. The requester crys out in agony. The eater, clearly annoyed, demands that the requester leave the area at this moment. The requester tells the eater to do the same. The eater then fires back the same rebuttal, casuing the requester to give up his quest and depart.

In time, you too can learn the power of LOLchat.
