So, I'm looking for someone to RP with. I'm in the need of someone who can get me to Ris'Mos, so that's the only thing that I ask of this RP. Edit: Yeah, this doesn't really give a lot of information. See, Firefly has never been to Ris'Mos; he was born on Earth, and has been on earth for about 207 years, though for about half his life he was a shut-in from the world. After the little incident with his family, he's become ever more curious about the magic world that he left behind. Firefly is a phoenix with a human form, by the way, and he's currently in New York City, though he could be traveling elsewhere if the RP calls for it, just lead it that way. Anyone? Well I'm interested, if you'd accept me as an RP partner! Your history is just so....sad...*sniffle!* Anyway, I've been meaning to get back into the swing of things, so something like this would be fun! What would you have in mind? EDIT: Ahhh...I see you have already joined one! If you are still interested in starting one I'd be happy to do so, but if you'd prefer not to, that is alright as well. Practically repeating myself from the Cbox, but I'm probably going to have to back out of that RP in a few more posts. My character just isn't much of a fighter, so he wouldn't stick around anyways. He doesn't like to be in the middle of fights, but if fighting is inevitable he does know how to defend himself... somewhat. If there's anything I know about what my character thinks, it's that following a guy who's leaving a path of blood and broken bones isn't likely going to be healthy for him. He'll come to his senses soon enough. The only thing that would have brought him back to the portal would have been the nostalgia. >_> We can probably keep the setting in New York City. It's still a fitting place, getting to see the castle first, see how far the 'Fantasy Civilization' has come. Beyond that, though, he's a healer. He works for a hospital, so that's probably where you'll find him after the riots are over. We could set it somewhat into the future, after the rioting was practically yesterdays news and everyone knew about it, so there wasn't much to talk about other than 'who lost what game console and broke whose bones.' Unless you can think of some other place, that's where he'll be. He is going to need a 'humanity injection' if he wants to keep his head cool and out of the magic. He doesn't really want to go back there, after all that it 'helped' him, with his father and all. You'll have some convincing to do. Might want to take this into the park. >_> |

Sounds good! I like this plan! It also gives Kashar a good reason to have been in New York; he's "grim reaper"-esque, although I prefer to think that it's less cliche than that. Some people could have died in the riot. Funny that your job is to save people and mine is to help them with their deaths, isn't it? XD Very ironic... Anyway, since this is one of your character's first topics, I think you should take the lead with this one! Whatever setting or any 'plot' you want to add is okay with me! I'm thinking you should be the one to start the topic, unless you would prefer otherwise? |

I'll start it, give me a few minutes to a couple hours, maybe tomorrow night even. It'll be there. I'm just a little rusty from not RPing for a while. It's funny, though. I was thinking of having my character either become a Representative or a Grim Reaper-esque, as you call it. Perhaps you are what will get him interested in it; maybe, maybe not. |
