 Character Name: Nino Eryl Age: 72 but stopped ageing between 20-25 Species: Light Angel Job: To help individual humans in his own way while on earth. Relationships: No one is closer then friends to him but you need to work up to things like this. Family: He considers other angels his brothers and sisters but does not like being criticized by them. He had people that he called parents but everyone does. there are certain angels that have parent like quality’s and they are called mom’s, dad’s, grandparents, aunts and uncles or some times rude siblings. He had very few siblings that liked him. His bitter personality kept them away for the most part but he does not mind that. Physical Description: Nino has feathery blond hair that reaches past his shoulders and eyes that can give most people chills. His face and hair are perfect as any other angels. His eyes are purple without being dark or light. They look gray or black in different lightings but they are a just purple. He has a slight diamond shape to the black middle part of his eyes. Not many people see this but its there. His lips have only curled into smirks occasionally. His dress is usually plain nice shirt and coat with slack pants. He dresses like any average person but has no real stile to stick with. He is 5ft 8in and nearly weights nothing at all. He use to hide his wings with just magic but he did not like that other angels could see that so now he binds his wings to his back so no one can see them. Some can still tell that he is an angel or something good if they look close enough. Most people are offended by his judging eyes to look any deeper then his human appearance. Very rarely does anyone get to see past his clothes. He has a very nice body, one of a slightly buff swimmer. He usually wears long sleeved shirts or coats and always has pants on. In heaven everyone wore robes and clothes that pretty much covered all skin so he keep this up even on earth in the hottest days of summer. He does like to wear tuxedos but unfortunately, he cannot keep them clean and does not want to deal with dry-cleaning them. When he is woken up suddenly, he will hide his wings before answering the door but that is about it. He does not often tie his hair back and when he does, it is usually to keep it out of the way while he is reading. Personality: Most people who think of angels as kind and gentle beings are dead wrong. Angels, like humans, vary in personality so they can deal with certain kinds of humans. Nino is harsh, cold, realistic and helpful to those who need a slap across the face to get them going! He usually only harms people like this when they really need it. He mostly uses words to give people what they need. If he needs to smile and be nice, he will not do it. He shows those feelings in a different way. He‘s not the kind of person that just sits back and listens to problems then gives people a shoulder to cry on. He can stand a little whining but not lines of it. He usually has this questioning scowl before he goes and talks to the next person he‘s going to help. When he is talking to another he loosens up a bit and because he‘s an angel they trust him almost immediately and tell him way more then he likes to know about this persons life. This pisses him off but he must listen in order to know what to do. When he needs to kick some ass to get a human to realize something, he will do it. It seems unlikely but he cares for all those that he helps, most angels do. He is usually not surprised by anything since he can see into the future occasionally. Some time he will try to change it and other times he will not. He thinks that this seeing into the future thing is just jobs he could do or feels like doing. Since he is extremely kind at heart, he ends up doing a lot for the higher beings. Skills: Nino is totally immortal and can regenerate his body if given just a moment. He cannot be killed no matter what is done to him. This in a sense is very bad but he does not complain about it so it‘s not changed. Since he has wings, he has the ability to fly but he does not let his wings flow free. He binds them to his back instead of using magic to hide them from view. He has may magic tricks but rarely uses them because he believes firmly that magic is not strong enough. At least his light magic is not. He knows how to fight without weapons and some forms of street fighting but he’s only a quick and strong as any other human being. Occasionally he sees bits and pieces of the future. He believes that these are unannounced jobs that higher ups offer for him too do. When he does want to change what happens in that future his luck changes and he is some how thrown into were he is suppose to be to help. Another niftily talent Nino has is the ability to learn quickly. He can learn anything needed within a few days up to a week. This learning does not count for languages. He can understand any language on earth and speak it because he was given a translator along with the necklace that keeps his wings healthy. If however he was to take that necklace off he would not be able to understand or speak languages he did not know and slowly his wings would diminish to nothing. Another problem he has is that he will not learn to use weapons. He simply will not allow him self to know how to use any weapons. He hates to hurt people and knives hurt much more then fists. History: Nino, like most other Angel’s, was created, up in heaven. We will not get into what goes on in clouds but he was and still is a bitter guardian angel. Since he was bitter, and somewhat childish, he did not like being assigned to people at the whim of another. The first person he was suppose to watch over nearly killed him self in grief and sorrow since Nino did not know how to deal with people like that. They changed that man’s guardian immediately. They tried to find something for Nino to do but before they decided a job for him, he left to earth and was doing substantial work on a few humans in his aria. They let him keep doing this but they always questioned his methods. Just a few days after he had gone to earth he realized that his feathers were falling off. He did not know that would happen and it was to late when he finally found out. He was stuck on earth without wings, unable to leave back to heaven. In this time, he thought he would be on earth forever but that was not true. He still believed it and thought it would be best to learn how to fight since he was going to be on earth for a while. He found a little Dojo in the town he was in and learned Jujitsu from the master of that place. The master gave him the classes free since he learned so fast and even offered for him to take more classes that dealt with holding weapons but Nino declined. He did not want to use weapons or hurt others too badly. After a few months of Nino being on earth, his wings started to deteriorate. Other angels realized that his wings were slowly dieing. They told the higher ups and they gave his wings back right away. As a way of saying sorry, they gave him a necklace that kept his feathers from falling and let them grow back even if one fell or was pulled off. If this necklace is taken off for to long he could lose his flying ability again and his ability to go back up to his home. He keeps the necklace on at all times but it does not matter too much to him. He thinks if he loses the necklace, he can go back up and get another one unless some one was deliberately trying to ground him to earth. It has not happened before and he doubts that it would. If some one did try to and succeed in doing that, he would be pretty much grounded. He is immortal so he cannot be killed but he can be tortured until some one helps him get away.
