Character's Name: Circe de Loux [silent 'e'] Age: Roughly, twenty-three Species: Humanoid - Serpentine Sex: Female Height: 5'2" Weight: 108 lbs Class: Fist-fighter Occupation: Acrobat Relations: Tóulus de Loux - father Cécile de Loux - mother Physical Description: Build: Lithe form, yet lean. Arabian features are dominant in her form. Facial: Circe has transparent skin, with slight white pigment. Thin veins are visible on her face when revealed. Serpent eyes, a light hue of gold. Much like snakes, she has a slightly pointed face, giving her a fierce appearance. Wonderful bone structure is noticed in her high cheek bones and thin nose. Top lip is thin, and bottom slightly full; pale in colour. Distinguishing features: Circe's tongue is thin and pointed, split like a common snake. Though skin is light and papery appearing, it is coated with small scales. Most noticable on her legs and arms. Dark lines decorate her abdomen in tribal symbols. Hair a reddish tint. Attire: Circe adorns herself in a red burka which covers her head, while her breasts are covered by an iron plate. Three ropes dangle from mid of the breast plate, and wrap conveniently around her waste. Tightly worn black, snake-skinned pants reach to her hips. Two heavy iron belts are worn, with an eminent Serpent head for the buckle. Personality: Due to the serpent genes, she is aggressive and territorial, however, comes off as calm and nonchalant. Circe doesn't enjoy aloofness or "lala" behaviour, and viciously reacts to people who carry those traits. Talents: Weaknesses: Sensitive about her race. They are dying rapidly, and therefore near extenction. Circe has an extreme fear of death. Physical Weaknesses: Because of her petite form, Circe is unable to use heavy objects to fight with. She is also easily thrown about. Weapon: Like a common snake, she is able to move quickly. (Circe tends to run in a zig-zagged pattern to accelerate her speed.) She does have sharp teeth, but won't use those to bite. However, in the advanced Serpentine race they have two tubes at the roof of their mouth, a combination of snake vemon and acid in the other. Rarely will this be used as a method of attack or defense. History: To understand Circe, you must understand her species. Serpentines are humanoid creatures, genetically altered to morph serpent (snake) genes with human. The project was a success, and a crowning achievement for the Arabian race. Saudi Arabia was the first country to morph serpent genes with human's. They began with adults, who vulentarily proceeded with the expirement. Arabians believed this altered species would possess abilities far beyond any human. Therefore, they had their own "super-human" race. Neighbouring countries discovered of this expirement, and duplicated it. Outbreaks for Serpentine rights broke out across the world. High supports included, the America's, Canada, and majority of Europe. This led to the speicies being allowed to spawn, and advancing into more human-appearing. ------ Circe was the offspring of two common Serptine parents. She is a decedent, however, of a noble French Serpentine, that in which her name was derived from. Circe's species ages at the same rate as a snakes, giving them a shorter life. Therefore, she is dying at a quicker rate. Growing up in French Serpentine research refugee camp, Circe learned much of her culture. (Both human and Serpent.)
