As everyone knows, I post Zale's RPing in with Kurai's, but I would like to be able to create topics with just him in them. Thus, I would just like to have this as a little Bio for him, not him as a second character. If this is bothering for you, Rozzy, or Anok, please let me know. Character Name: Zale Armstrong Age: Unknown Species: Half Angel, half Demon Job: None Relationships: Kurai, wife Family: Kaeri and Zane, children; Zake, brother Physical Description: Sturdily built, though not fat or even chubby. Long hair that ends just above his butt, silver colored, with two thick strands that lay on either side of his face. Zale stands 5' 11" and has a wingspan of 15 feet. His wings are a deep black-blue (like raven feathers) that end with dark blood red tips. The wings are fashioned much like an eagle's wings, powerful and built to lift heavy weights, but still able to produce ample speed and soaring abilities. He constantly wears a red kimono that is as sturdy as steel, though he has been seen wearing a long sleeved black shirt overlayed with a white t-shirt and loose jeans. A fanged necklace is also constantly worn by him, though its use or purpose is either forgotten or hidden. Personality: Very much stubborn and contrary, Zale is sober and outspoken. He can be described as rude for not being very sympathetic or subtle, but in truth he just believes that you need to be blunt and get over stuff quickly. Though hes not really one to talk, having set a large portion of forests on fire in his mourning over Kurai's death before she was reborn. Its rather surprising that although he borders on cold and unsympathetic, Zale is very much intune with the ghosts and spirits of the planets and has been known to stare at "nothing" going across the room when hes actually watching an interesting ghost float through a room. Zale also has a rather quirky sense of humor. At times he has been known to take a joke the wrong way, other times he may laugh like mad before cracking a joke back. He has also been known to tease Kurai over her stunted wings that are far too short for her to consider herself an angel, though he thinks that they just havent started growing because she doesnt try to use them enough. Skills: Fire magics, enhanced traits and senses due to demon blood, advanced swordsmanship, and other misc. magics History: To put gently, not fun. Try having years spend with people tramping all over you, your wings clipped painfully too short , and many broken bones. Around the time he looked 15, he was sealed within a cave and put into a trance for many years. Afterwards he awoke and found his half brother as ruler of Izokia and most those who tormented him dead or old and frail. A few years later he met Kurai and he, Zake, and her travelled together for about 10 years before he proposed to Kurai. They were soon wed and built a large cabin high in the mountains that are filled with snow from early October to late May. Two expansions were made when Kaeri and Zane were born, and one more was added as a guest room. When he was killed by a horde of demons attempting to get at a year old Kaeri, he gave his life in a final, desperate, spell that killed the demons but also himself. Kurai absorbed his spirit into her own body, who was thrown into a portal when Kaeri was 14. Somehow Zale was ressurected into his own body again, thought to be the work of Zake, then dead from unknown causes, and now living on Ris'mos. He still hopes to be able to return home some day. |
