Okay, so I was thinking about this and it seemed like a good idea, I dunno what you guys think. Number one! If you guys each pick one song for your character, what represents them BEST you can send it to me, and I'll put it on a project playlist list and put it in the accepted/secondary character forum. I think that'd be fun. (One thing though, put their "theme song" in their profile). If you guys don't want to do that, it might be cool if we link our characters to a song through their siggy. I'll do one on Emily and try to for Roz if I can find one thats perfect enough. If you guys need songs uploaded or something, maybe we can find some site to keep them or something. Anyways....feedback? |

Sounds like a fun! Either one, playlist or sig. Or both. I take the middle ground on the pro side of this one. That's about all the feedback that's coming from me for right now(<-translated: "there might be more later"). If you need a site to get songs off of, http://www.radioblogclub.com/ actually has a tiny embedded player you can put in signaatures. |

ooooo me likie! because what i was trying wasn't working! lol (5 minutes later) Okay, so here's what i'm thinking. It FITS in the profile, but then you lose the ability to post a signature in any other form...image, text...etc. so you'd be in a "which do i want to sacrifice" sort of scenario. I'm looking into it, but I don't think theres any way I can extend signatures... I have one song on Emily's account right now (my secondary), so...if you want to see it in pratice, there ya go. My NEW thinking...if I can't get it put into the signatures, or you'd rather not do it. It can go in user profiles under intersts...? so if you're like "hey i wonder what their song is *click* oooo" maybeness? (5 minutes later) profile doesn't work. HTML no likey. Still trying to lengthen signatures. |

yeah, but radio blog club doesnt have all the songs that i look for...I tried it a while back for another rp.Is there not something one of the admins can upload that adds on underneath your avatar or something? |

Well the good news is, I've found a way to increse the signature length for those of you who wish to use readioblog. I like their style, and its descreet enough not to take over a page wih a signature. The bad news is, I have tried other forms of in profile music before, clouddancer and none of them have worked or they have shut down other site codes. And we cant work with a song without the URL. If you can find a discreet player, you're welcome to use it, that goes for anyone. Just keep it under 100x100 pixels. I'm continuing to look into this. |
