 Character Name: Chiyo Age: 98 years (looks 17 years) Species: Chiropteran / Schiff (Chiropteran are hematophagous bat-like creatures that live by feeding on human blood. They generally possess extraordinary speed, strength, and supernatural healing abilities. They are also capable of contorting and transforming various body parts in order to fly or have longer limbs and higher level Chiropteran have the ability to disguise themselves as ordinary humans. As Chiropteran can heal almost instantly from most wounds, bullets are non-lethal and only useful in slowing them down. Even explosions do not seem to be capable of killing them, though if buried or sealed inside stone they will go into a sleep state until freed. Chiropterans are created from the blood of a Queen, and ironically it is also the primary method of killing them. When the blood of the other Queen is introduced into a Chiropteran's bloodstream, it almost instantly crystallizes and destroys them. Artificial chiropterans are the most basic form of Chiropterans that are created from the straight infusion of Delta 67 into a human host. The human host quickly loses their human intelligence and memories, transforming into a form resembling a horse-headed gorilla with fangs. Phase 1 Chiropterans live and act purely on instinct, hunting and killing humans, and sometimes animals, for their blood. Through the research efforts of Dr. Van Argiano, a higher level artificial Chiropteran was created from the Delta 67 which was collectively called the Schiff. Unlike Phase 1 Chiropterans, the Schiff have human level intelligence and emotions, though somewhat stunted by having lived most of their lives caged. They are aggressive, but this is due to their being trained as warriors. As they are exposed to other ways of living after escaping the lab, they seem to be able to learn and adapt.) Job: unemployed Relationships: She had a human boyfriend, until he was killed by the Delta 67. She was very close to her fellow schiff, until they all died. Family: the other Schiff (deceased) Chiyo was created from the same blood as her fellow captives, that makes them blood related. They were one big family until they were killed by an attempted capture by Delta 67 troops. their names were Ghee Gudrif, Gestas, Dimas, Irene, Dahz Moses, karmen, Lulu and Jan. Physical Description: Short snow white hair, slight emo swish. Dark blue/green eyes, cat like (which glow when she gets thirsty or very pissed off). She wears a black long sleeved shirt,with baggy sleaves. dark blue jeans,and black knee high boots over laping the jeans, grey vest with hood, and she carries a long katana on her person at all times. She has a sad expersion on her face most of the time, because she misses her comradeds. When she gose into chiropteran mode, she has fangs and glowing eyes. Chiyo is about 5'4, has pale skin, and is thin and in shape. Personality: very shy, (can lose control sometimes but is getting better), is fascinated by the most ridicules things, because of time spent in a cage. Very curious. Chiyo generally stays away from humans, because of her past experiences. Skills: very skilled with a katana. When unable to use her sword, she can transform her nails into 12inch red claws, which are as strong as steel. Being a chiropteran gives her the ability to see in the dark, have extraordinary speed, strength, and supernatural healing abilities. She has very good hand to hand combat skills, and because she is a chiropteran, she has super human strenght. This allows her to punch holes in walls and stuff like that. History: created by Van Argiano in 1913 as part of The Schiff. The Schiff are soldiers created by a group of scientists led by Van Argiano using chiropteran's blood. Slaves at first, they decided they wanted to be free and escaped from the lab where they were created, killing most of the humans there. It was that day that Chiyo and the rest of the schiff learned the truth. A man called Dr. Boris told them with his dying breath, that they were origanally humans. Moses then lead away from the lab to the outside world. Trained only for fighting, they mostly know no other way of living or of getting what they want except by force. After 5 years Chiyo was the only surviving member. She wandered the world for a while until, she meet an American boy. He found Chiyo lying in an ally way. She was very weak, from lack of blood. When he tried to help her up she attacked him very poorly. He then relized that she wasn't human. When he didn't run or attack her back, she began to wonder why. He sat down beside her and talked to her very softly. It was then that they became friends. He nursed her back to health with him own blood. He even taught her about humans, and how to blend in. It was later that he was killed by the Delta 67. They killed him because he knew to must. He was the only human who was ever kind to her. Chiyo now has a burning hate for the Delta 67 and Van Argiano. Chiyo travels back to the lab where she was "born" to find out more about her self. She learned that she is not pure chiropteran, but a Schiff. Wanting to learn more about her self Chiyo begins to travel in search of Van Argiano who originally started the Delta 67 research. |
