I scheduled my booster shot appointment like 3 months ago and I'm supposed to get it tomorrow after school. Today, during 2nd, attendance ladies began calling random people down to the office and started assigning suspension slips for not having their booster shots. They put some kids in quarantine for the whole school day, too. So I told them that I'm getting mine tomorrow. I was still put in quarantine with a bunch of other (pissed off) people, then at the end of the day, they suspended me for 30 days. So yeah, my mom talked to the school (who told her to talk to the board of education), and they're not letting me go back to school until October 20th. Yet, they're letting Danny (who's getting the booster shot tomorrow with me) come back after he takes his booster shot. What the fuck is this. |

I lol'd for real. That is the worst possible reason for suspension I think I've ever heard of in my life. Jesus christ, I know a guy who brought bombs to school and got nowhere near 30 days. On the other hand, now you're a total badass.  Street cred is gone through the roof.

Same here. I got suspended too back in grade 7 like last period. But I already got my shot and I just needed proof. So they sent me home, I watched some TV played some games and came back to the school with my vaccine records. They let me back in class with 15 minutes left in the day. In short, I got suspended for 45 mins

I guess they judge it on if it's contagious or something. But in my case, I was let off till I could prove I got my shot. For lexi she has to wait 30 days which I don't get. Who knows what they are thinking. |

What the fuck? They suspend you for not getting a needle...? And you already have an appointment booked and they suspend you anyway...? They better correct some shit up or you're going to have to sue or march right into the schoolboard and start yelling/explaining to them what big fuck ups they are, because 30 days is ridiculous, and you'll get so far behind...x_x That's just stupid. Oh well, you'll get back in tomorrow or whatever. By the way, your school really blows. |

I'm not the only one suspended. My friend (who didn't schedule her booster shot appointment yet, cause she didn't know about it) got suspended for 30 days today, too. Yeah, they put us in quarantine because they thought we'd sneeze and cough all over the other kids and make them sick. They're so retarded, I really wanted to punch one of them in the face for that quarantine thing. We could get EACH OTHER sick, who knows? Oh and my mom got a call saying that I have to stay another 2-3 days at home PLUS my suspension because the shot hurts. WTF I'M GONNA BE AT HOME FOR 30 DAYS, I THINK IT'LL BE PERFECTLY FINE WHEN I COME BACK TO SCHOOL. And they're gonna do that thing where they lock ALL the doors in the morning cept the front foyer doors, and the vps are gonna be standing there with a list of names every single fucking morning, and they're not gonna let the suspended people in. FML, like to the max. |

Actually, an easy way to get out of the suspension is to go to your doctor and get him to write you a medical note saying that the mercury levels in vaccination needles are quite high (which is actually true) and you request not to take the shots. Or you can move to any of the other 9 provinces and 3 territories which don't care if you take your shots
