I'm not the only one suspended. My friend (who didn't schedule her booster shot appointment yet, cause she didn't know about it) got suspended for 30 days today, too.
Yeah, they put us in quarantine because they thought we'd sneeze and cough all over the other kids and make them sick. They're so retarded, I really wanted to punch one of them in the face for that quarantine thing. We could get EACH OTHER sick, who knows?

Oh and my mom got a call saying that I have to stay another 2-3 days at home PLUS my suspension because the shot hurts. WTF I'M GONNA BE AT HOME FOR 30 DAYS, I THINK IT'LL BE PERFECTLY FINE WHEN I COME BACK TO SCHOOL.

And they're gonna do that thing where they lock ALL the doors in the morning cept the front foyer doors, and the vps are gonna be standing there with a list of names every single fucking morning, and they're not gonna let the suspended people in.

FML, like to the max.

After 30 days, you should pretend you're sick. :sneaky:

 That's what I told them, I asked the principal if I could just bring her my yellow card on Wednesday after I get the booster shot, but she's like "no, the attendance ladies told you that you are suspended for 30 days. You cannot come back to school until after the 30 days." I think my mom's trying to call the school board now.

Booster Shot is something that boosts your immune system.

 So if your PERSONAL immune system is not "boosted", which is pretty bullshit in the first place, then you get suspended? :think: For 30 days? Was there an outbreak of something at your school? Or do they just think that people who don't get an optional booster shot which won't take effect for a while anyway are immediately a threat to humanity and quarantine them.

 summer vacation all over again .


it's funny, 20 guys at my school skipped 3 blocks, had a house party, got drunk, came back to school, fell down the stairs, went running around the hallways making havoc, and they all only got suspended for 3 days.

Edit: Edited out the last part of my post because I was thinking something along the lines of flu shot rather than the more serious diseases they vaccinate for... :P

why the hell are you complaining? you get a friggin 30 day summer extension. you get to sleep in everyday. you dont have to do school work.

are you worried about the suspension being on your record or something? because it also lists WHY you were suspended, and itll say "for not getting a shot."

but wow, a 30 day suspension? the most i ever got was a week, and i beat someone to a bloody pulp for that.


and you guys are forgetting that lexi lives in the country farmland, and because the population there is only maybe 10,000 people, anybody who has an infectious disease could potentially kill HALF of the population!

im also going to assume that medical terminology and vaccination are new to the countryside as well, because anybody who took fucking first year biology would know that vaccinations are actually BAD, and booster shots are BAD

Or maybe they'll use some creative license and say 'Because of her hatred for western civilization, Lexi ran through the halls threatening to purposefully contract polio and spread it through the population of Canada. Upon threat of suspension from school, she agreed to abandon her terrorist plots, but we still put her on the no-fly list'.

 My family never get booster shots. In that case we would all be suspended all the time at your school. But we don't get sick. We'd rather risk taking a shot over a highly dangerous and contagious infection. We're the family who didn't get H1N1 shots XD My mom caught it because she has the least healthy habits in the family and works in an office. But my nan came out and the both of us didn't even get a sniffle XD My nan says booster shots are crap!

I'm going to assume that's you exaggerating to make fun of where she lives. If not, lmao.

I'm curious to know how long other suspensions are. 2 months for not doing your homework? Expelled for talking in class? 50 lashes for chewing gum? lol

 THERES 5,000 PEOPLE. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT.

I got the shot today and still no reply from the school board. But I don't understand why they're so anal about booster shots when they didn't care about getting the H1N1 shots.
