I think it's #81, and he's eating something.

2nd bird on the nest. Is it an eaglet? I can only see a head. Would an eagle allow a non-eagle on the nest with him?

I don't see the 2nd bird. Did it leave?

I guess so. He was in the lower part of the screen. Just poked his head up.

I think it was a raven? Looked like a raven's head to me, but not sure. Definitely was #81. My Umbie was in my arms while I watch watching this...panting away--and clucking...and there's some liquid on my T-shirt. Alger never did this--it is light greenish liquid. This Umbie is Joy. Now she's raking my knee with her beak. Time to go back into her cage. Good grief.

It is #81 and he is eating something. He also appears to keep looking up. Maybe another eagle is eyeing his catch?

EDIT: We soon discover it's a raven after his food!

In Eagle Duo's last picture, you can see just a little part of the second bird's head. Would an eagle allow a raven into the nest?

My picture seems to have frozen no matter how many times I refresh or close & reopen. Is anyone else having this problem?

I had that problem, too. I just kept hitting refresh until it did.

I got hit with a "flood control" error when I tried to post. I guess I posted too many times?

Anyway, I guess it was a raven because #81 left and then a raven popped in. Raven is gone now, too.

Thanks, Eagle Duo, for getting the screen captures. I've never done it before so I only knew how to "save" a picture.

Whew! That was fun! Always good to see an eagle.

Edit: Eagle Duo -- You got a picture of the exit!!!!! Great shot! I missed the actual exit because I was trying to get my screen to refresh. Thanks!!!

Whew! That was exciting! My heart is still racing! You're most welcome for the photos. :D

I think #81 got annoyed with the raven and took his catch and left. The raven looked around a bit for the food, didn't find any, and left too.
