Peppermint - Thanks for the acknowledgement of my thread. I was really excited (and mentally kicking up my heels  ) But I have a loonng way to go a/c I think your card was so awesome that I, too, wanted to E-Mail it. I'm just not that good yet. Remember the "Memories of our time together" video? Well, my daughter had to come over and ended up putting it on her E-Mail then e-mailing it to me. You can probably see, she and I are both novices at this, but more so me. Wait till you hear my next question for all of you (although Harpo516 is a pretty great teacher)? Right now I'm off to Costco a/c going stir crazy being in the house for 2 days. Have a happy..... |

This is from today's Santa Maria Times: The fire scorched a condor sanctuary in part of the Sespe Wilderness and fish and game officials closely watched a condor fledgling. The bird was in a high, rocky area that was not in imminent danger and no intervention was necessary, Tobin said. |

Good morning everyone ( my Tuesday morning) Good to hear about the condor being safe (for now) The e-card is beautiful, I loved the music too. Today my husband came home with a small bouquet of flowers and chocolate. We have both been SO BUSY that we BOTH forgot our wedding anniversary (until he remembered today)! Now I am going to think of something really nice for dinner to make up for me forgetting..... Off to Uni today, everyone have a great day (and stay safe). KLJinOz |

saraho: Thank you for this report, I have been so concerned for those condors and I keep trying to get info but all they talk about is the buildings, structures, houses and not the animals especially the wildlife that is being affected. This is somewhat reassuring that they are watching the condors. I guess they would have a dedicated crew like the eagels have the IWS watching out for them. Thanks again. . . |

So glad to hear everything is ok in the condor sanctuary...I wasn't even sure they had anyone there watching out for them...thought maybe they had cleared the area of all people. A flegling...just think if it had been Cruz!!! I was just outside and the sun is shining bright and clear overhead...much improvement over yesterday. And some birdies were playing in the puddle of water I made cuz I forgot I had a sprinkler going...as life slowly returns to normal. |

Looks like an eagle on the West End nest. It's not a great picture, so it's hard to tell. |

It has a white head, but it doesn't look like it has any tail feathers. Why don't I know how to do the screen captures?????? |

Mine is bad. I thought it was a juvie, plus sometimes the jewelry looks blue, sometimes orange. EDIT: Now I just saw the white head. |
