Debi, in case you hadn't hit on it yet. My post was just before yours. My son and his wife had tire problems with their second car so they dropped off the grandkids for us very late so they could take care of the problem in the morning without the kids. Leyla was asleep and when they handed her to me. She wrapped her arms around my neck and there was no way to lay her down, although I didn't try real hard. The boys went to sleep in the top bunk of the bunk beds while I held her for the next half hour. When they were asleep I finally layed her down in the bottom bunk. It was really close to heaven for a grandpa. |
