The new hoodies are in for those interested. I've added them to our website under "Support IWS/Contribute".

I'm on Santa Cruz for the next week, so maybe I'll see you on the web cam.

It's only 11pm nest coast time, and I'm the only one left on here. Guess I'll head to bed too. Good night all.

Don't forget to look at the hoodie that's available now. Looks really cool!!

Harpo, enjoy!

Nancy, ER did not mention the explosion when I talked to her earlier. She was busy chasing grandkids all day but next time she does this, she'll need a permission slip

Oz, if you take Hawaii school system out of the stats, we'd probably jump up to first place.

Thanks Deb for letting me know she's okay. OMG!! I'm going to be glued to the webcam all next week...AGAIN! I'll have to be looking for a hard hat moving around near the nest! I still remember seeing the hard hat climb up the left side of Cruz's nest way back when! I was out of MY mind with excitement that day! :o ;)

Dr. Sharpe, you're such a tease..."I'm on Santa Cruz for the next week..." How will I get anything done around my house?? My poor kids...my dust bunnies, my laundry??? Oh well, priorities, priorities!!

It's going to be like a live "Where's Waldo", er, uh, I mean Where's Dr. Sharpe" moment! We should have fun with any posted photos!!!!!

I can't wait!! :P

I need to do a goodsearch to find out if there is any kind of screen capture software that automatically activates with motion such as a visitor to the nest. This is going to be thrilling!

:( Okay, has anyone heard from Elaine today? There was a big explosion down her way and they had to evacuate several thousand people. Not sure if she lives near the area that was affected. Hmmm...anyone?

So sorry I have been away from this, my "home".
It's aways some sort of computer crisis around here.
But, thanks to our resident "House Calls Techie", Hulabird, all is good now.
(for the time being).

As to the explosions; that is about 1 to 1-1/2 hours from here. Really awful. They thought they would have the fires out yesterday and they are still going today. And since it is a chemical plant, the firefighters can't get to where they need to be due to hazardous vapors.

I've been on this machine all day so I don't know if people have been allowed to go home. It involved close to 17,000 people evacuated. Many without their meds. or their pets.

Here is more up-to-date info:

http://www.usatoday.com/news/nation/2006-1...re_x.htm?csp=34

I'll put this on today's board, too
