The Cam froze around 17:54 then when it decided to come back the eagle was there. It left at 17:59. Didn't do too much, just looked around....and straight at the camera a couple of times too!

Nobody has said anything negative about the new camera, so I'm going to say it...I like the old view better, much better.. The new view seems farther away and not as clear on my set as the old nest...I appreciate all the work Peter has done and will lovingly watch over our new baby (babies) in the spring.. but I like my old view better.

Lala, I have it positioned in the upper right corner (always on top, option), trying to get used to it. But you know that feeling some folks get when they stand on the edge of a very high height??? Well, that's what it is like for me when I look at it!! Almost makes me dizzy and disoriented. I feel as tho I'm looking at it from the side instead of the front. :o

you're right Debi, did not know about the zoom, pan features that are to come.. sometimes it pays to read the posts from the day before.. But this is the dragon's behind and I like his profile better.. and those wonderful triangles in the afternoon????

Ohhhh, wouldn't it be wonderful if there was a mic?????

I see the NG Africa cam is finally up. It's 3:30 A.M. (tomorrow) there but they have one of those nite-vue cameras with sound. That's what is so amazing....... it is soooooo damn noisy there!!!!!!!! I don't think Off would do the trick there.

Now you see it........then you don't! It flew in from the left side..missed that shot...looked around then departed the same way.

This camera refreshing all the time doesn't help with captures...just as you think you have them in your 'sights' the camera blinks and the eagle has flown......

Both Cams off for the night. Time to make supper!

Thanks for the links to the other cams. Need something to watch while we are waiting for 10 and 26 to come back to the nest. Will we be having a celebration with champagne when they return???
