If I have to keep talking to myself today, Peppermint and Cumbrian are going to be in danger of losing the 1st and 2nd place top poster status. Where is everybody? Jann, I see you but not a peep out of you today. Are you ok hunny bunny? Have the grandkids tied you up? Should I send help?

Yes, send help!!! I'm barely get time to read a few posts here and there. As I write this, Leyla is pounding on one arm saying, "come here" and Anthony pulling on the other asking how to do his homework.

The news about A61 was posted by Dr. Sharpe toward the end of yesterday's update.

I think I am seeing things. That picture Cumbrian posted looks like the bird is perched on the back of a wild pig - the branch forms the outline.

Hulabird.. that was Rock Creek Lake area in the Eastern Sierra..that whole area is very surreal to me, like an out of body experience..it is that beautiful, especially in the winter. I really washed the hoodie to make it look "less new".. bird poop would really enhance it for sure..

Hedi, can you outline the wild pig for me? I'm prone to seeing things but am missing this one. I'm in a bad way about A-61 right now so will check back later

I can't understand where the whole bottom half of the "Table of Contents" to this forum went on my computer. I'll try a reboot.

Hey Kukla, if you're still having a computer problem I have a great contact!!! Comes right into your computer and fixes you up like new!!!

Karen, living in Ventura you must have scrub jays in the area.. No????? We have tons of them here in Ojai, they are actually a nuisance most of the time..If you don't see one on the island, we'll go on a jay tour of Lake Casitas.. they have tons..It would be fun to have a bird-watching tour of different areas in the tri-counties. And.. anyone wanting to see a real bald eagle in Ventura, there is always, Juneau, at the Ojai Raptors... would have to make arrangements but am sure they would give us a tour... lots of raptors to check out. Check out their web-site if you haven't already

Hedi,

I saw that right away!

I'm not good at spotting them myself, but when people point them out, I usually see them.

Debi's cat still escapes me, though! I hope to see it tomorrow.

A-61.. what is the story?? is it that she is alone on Santa Cruz or did something happen to her?? I'm confused.. being alone is so sad, but it sounds like from some of the posts, that she has had an accident or something..
