I am not going to comment on anything in particular cause I just got home (flew at 6 this morning - straight to work from airport) and gotta get ready to go to dinner - a date with hubby - our 14th anniversary today!!!!! And as a point of reference - we got married in Woodstock (the town not the field)!

I'll try to get thru all that I missed over the past several days - a lot of stuff!!

Glad to be home / back in the nest! I'll probably be doing a bit more lurking :ph43r: than posting today into tomorrow!

HOWEVER - congrats to all who have won so far (lucky dogs)!! hmmm or is that eagles hmmmm....... ;)

Happy Anniversary, hope you have a wonderful evening. Maybe you should celebrate tomorrow, I know the jet lag can be tiring especially after going from the plane to work. OMG!! Have dinner tonight and celebrate tomorrow night, :D

I still have not caught up with all the posts, I feel like I have missed so much, see what happens when you are gone for while.

Harpo, I'm praying hard for anything but Parkinsons hunny bunny. We'll get through it together even if it is but that is a hard row to hoe.

She's come so far since my dad died - but the Dr is pretty sure it's fluid/shunt so everything is crossed waiting for the test to end! Thanks......

Running out now..... later all.....

Being as old as I am, I have this unique ability to cross things that shouldn't be able to be crossed. You'd think I was amazingly double-skinned or something. So I'm going to do that now and duct tape all the aforementioned parts in place baby girl.

The WE nest had two eagles on the nest, but the cam is so erratic and shows NO Video, then freezes, that it wasn't worth getting everyone excited!
Managed to get 2 shots, but as you can see ....or not.....it really wasn't worth it.

Cumbrian, we are starved for everything we get. I can clearly see those two beautiful eagles in the west end nest in your pics. Your efforts are very much worth it every day! Thanks to our Nesstorians.

Pat, I went on the WE nest after the eagles left, didn't know they were there. But I did notice that my pix are changing more rapidly than ever before. I wondered if it was because of Verizon's FIOS we installed yesterday. Now I've read your post. ???

Have you experienced this? Pix changing very quickly at times? I'm also getting the No Video, and bit of freezing, but not for long.

P.S.--Your captures are MUCH appreciated!

Hello everyone, got up early this morning in the hopes that Daddy Cruz would be here again........rather disappointed that he was a No Show!

Been checking and lurking, and catching up with the news.

MaMiMoBa Mom, Hope that Michael is feeling better. Did you get to the Pumpkin Patch or was he sick?

peppermint, Congrats...how exciting.......Better stock up on those sea-sickness pills! :D

Margiew, still keeping positive thoughts that you will find Morrisa tomorrow at the Animal Shelter.

Hulabird, if you can't vent or let off steam to your friends then who??????????
Also thank you, we are honoured that you have nominated us as Nestorians......... I must admit that I am pleased that others on the forum have learned the 'how to' about screen captures etc. As well as having fun themselves capturing the stills, and maybe ...eventually...videos, it will help to release us from constantly being in the 'capturing seat' as it were. Hey folks, there is only so long you can hold out from taking a potty break! AND, if we are lucky to have eagles at all three nests, currently up, then we will need all the 'fingers at the ready' we can get. We don't want to miss one second of the action if we can avoid it.

Patti, Loved the 'one useless cat' sequence you posted......Also kudos to you on getting through to Tim Vail about the necessity of safe ammo.

Harpo, Congrats on the anniversary, also hope that the shunt procedure is the answer for your mom's situation.

I'm back, safe & sound.

We had a wonderful visit.

My Mom had not seen her great-grandson until now. They bonded quite nicely!

For everyone who is having trials & tribulations, I'm so bad with words at times like these, but know your family, your health, your safety & well being are in my thoughts and prayers.

HUGS

Denny, welcome back. I don't think any of us keep up the goodsearch as you do. Can we have an update?. I seem to get into the threatening mode when I'm in charge. Afterall, I live in west Oahu and we are expected to be strongarmed for our money at any given time. I guess that's what I know of how to do things. Try not to have a life outside of goodsearch until we get at least one nest. K? K.

G'day everyone. Hey, Peppermint is added to the CruzLuck List of winners...
I have to say I loved the kitty/rat?hampster? pics (obviously not into these type of creatures)... at the SAME time I was viewing this, I looked out my window and saw my TIGER cat eating a field mouse he'd probably captured in the horse food shed.... (well, thats what he is suppose to do). I wont be kissing him on the head anytime soon.

Harpo, HAPPY ANIVERSARY, and will pray for your mom's health.

HB - you are in the CRUZ again, good to read, I will contribute $25 to your proposal.

Margiew, I hope your kitty does come back. I lost my Rose last year, she just disappeared.

Cumbrians well deserve the mantle trophy of Nestorians!

OH< and BTW, another snake visitor, see Australian Birds threads ...

I'll be lurking :ph43r: KLJinOz

Two little guys flitting around the nest right now, but too quick for a capture; this capture was a little while ago. Nice muted tones.
