You will, of course, be wearing your Santa Cruz Island badge. I made them waterproof and the neck ties light-weight, no chaffing.. Take photos, Harpo, we'll trade experiences next week... |

Congratulations to all the winners in the raffle, how exciting for everyone! Still no Morrisa here. I called one of the local throw away papers and the editor/owner will be writing her column on missing animals this next week. She told me to email her Morrisa's photo with details and she will put an ad in. She also told me to write a letter to the editor, however long or short I want it, and she will run it too. Tomorrow I'm going to call the regular paper and see about putting an ad in it. Maybe I can also convince someone there to write about animals getting shut in garages and sheds. I also found out I can post the flyers so I'll do that this weekend. Thanks for the kind thoughts, they help keep me sane. |

Margie have your tried craigslist? Bajillions of people go on there. The ads are free. pick the one for your area and put in your lost ad. Might help. http:://www.craigslist.org Make sure you change the view to your area. |

Margie - Have you walked around your entire neighborhood knocking on doors? Bring a picture (make copies on your printer) and hand them out. Morrisa may be in someone's house that doesn't know who she belongs to. Leave pictures with your 'phone number and don't just walk a block or two. I got a cat back this way. This is also a good way to ask about them checking their garage, sheds, etc. Good luck, I know just how traumatic this can be. |

Excellent idea Bee. Edit to add: I have also solicited the neighborhood kids. I show them the picture and offer a $10 reward. They make it their mission in life to get the prize. |
