Wonder who she's calling to here!

Posted Image Posted Image
A couple times she looked like she was ready to go.

Posted Image Posted Image
But then she started preening.

During one of the freezes, I peeked in on the Two Harbors nest and found a raven hanging out.

Posted Image Posted Image
Just looking......

Posted Image Posted Image
Then preening.......
Posted Image Posted Image
Deep preening!

Great shots Jann....Here's mine......don't think we have duplicates........
Part 1
Posted Image Posted Image
First one was on the nest and then starts to watch towards the back of the nest.

Posted Image Posted Image
Just missed the second one coming in and landing............With both of them looking I hoped the third was also coming!

Fantastic shots Jann! Thank you. I've been busy all day and haven't even gotten to look in on the nests.

Denny, I love that MSN site. Beautiful pictures. I thing we should add a link to the links thread.

Thanks! Do you think that MSN page sticks around long enough to add it to the links page?

We can, I guess, but I'm not sure of it's longevity!

Denny, thank you for posting the link to those great animal photos. I liked the giraffe and the lion shots the most, although I did enjoy them all. Many of them showed the feelings between the parent and child. Thanks again.

You're welcome!

I liked the giraffe, too, but I really liked the gorillas!

Jann on that shot where you are wondering who she is calling............Could be she is yelling to the other one...'' I've changed my mind.......make it FISH!"

Hope all that are travelling tomorrow, to go on the 49 Cruzer's trip on Sunday, have safe journies.

Wonderful to see the West End nest cam fixed. The lighting glare on the Santa Cruz nest leaves a lot to be desired though. Poloraid lens cap???

Hey guys, on Calling thread, I've asked those going on the hike Sunday to email me @ CruzFans@aol.com emergency phone #'s (required) for the manifest I'm preparing. Please, no PMs, memory overload there. It will save us time on Sunday morning.

Day after tomorrow is SUNDAY, Santa Cruz Island hike.
