Just thought I'd start the day off. Not that it's overly necessary because I have a bit of a feeling that today's hot thread will be the Trip to Cruzneyland! I'm heading over there right now because I see Ojaihikers are on board! I'm waiting....

Good Morning Everyone,

Nest empty this morning when the Camera came on around 7:30AM.

Watching the WE nest, whilst working here at the computer, I saw this very small object approaching the nest...........look what it turned out to be.......

Cumbrian - you are the best for capturing these photos.

You have heard the expression "The Fastest Gun in the West" - well you are
" The Fastest Gun in the Nest".

I can't stop looking at those pictures!
I know there must be more and I'll be patient.
I am so jealous of each of you who took this trip and want you to know how much I wanted to be there with you!
There was no way or I would have been there {{{HUGGING}}} you all!

Naturegal, you know where that one goes!

Those trippers must be sore and tired as heck today. All must be sleeping in. I'm wearing out my F5 (resfresh) button.

cumbrian: the "little" visitor to the WE camera - what a hoot!

edit: what a shadow on the nest right now! I was thinking while looking at the empty nest just how excited I get when one of the parents stop by for a quick visit - I would probably have had a heart attack had I seen one let alone both - in person - with my own 2 eyes!!! :o

Peppermint. Dad was sitting on that log yesterday so he must have rolled it downhill when he left after the camera went off last night.

one of the photos captured yesterday showed him with a talon on the "log" - that would be awful if it fell off and he'd have to bring it up again!! C'mon mom and dad - nestorations are in order ......
