Patti: I saw a raven land and then quickly leave the E branch....and then intermittently get a bunch of horizontal lines...like someone said...interference? Regarding the Eucalyptus trees...you and Elaine should check my post later as I continue on with my sage as I will address those trees there. Ok..off to post Part II of My Story. |

I was told by Dave that they stay on the top of the mountain near the Navy Facility and not at the ranch. I would assume Peter would stay with the crew there also but you know what your mom told you about assuming. Again and again: great trip, wonderful people, exciting events, eagle rock stars and eagles!!! What more could one ask for. Just an excellent day!!! I think the annual event is a great idea, I would be up for it and also the DVD of the pictures taken at this years 1st Annual A49Cruzer's Santa Cruz Island Trip. Hey that sounds good!!! I like, I like. . . . OK, I have to go over and read more of PPatti's story. |

Cockney2/Pat is just barely visible behind Ojailala... the one I posted in my Picasa link to the Cruzneyland Trip of 'the girls' shows that she is truly there. I do need Pat's friend's name, tho. I was going to go back in and caption the one of 'the girls' but I have forgotten the name of Karen/KLJinUSA's friend and I never met the gal on the far right in the red tee... Can someone help me 'fill in the blanks'? |

A late good morning to you all! Thanks Cumbrian, for offering to put me in the group photo, but I'm actually already there. Last one the left, kneeling on the ground. (Black sweater, red T-shirt underneath with IWS cap on) Edit: Oops, I meant on the right! Joanie and Peppermint, are you guys talkin 'bout me? Black Jacket/red t-shirt? Next to Catzsong and below Lana. |

Joanie: Thanks for pointing out Cockney in the photo! I guess it was just Lou and I that didn't hear the call for the photo shoot. I think the woman in red is Catzong's partner, Judi? |

If he's coming back today, I'm sure he's out there already. Of course, he can hike it back in just a few minutes....right Dave? Ok...I'm off to spend a coupla days with my sweetie before he heads to Massachusetts on Thursday for the next SIX WEEKS!!!! He's taking his 87 year old mom to visit her 97 year old sister...but SIX WEEKS??? That's a verry long time....oh.....more time to read stories and look at photos HERE...every cloud has a silver lining!!! |

Ok...I just had to come back and post one more thing...how true is THIS??? Here is your horoscope for Tuesday, October 24: Well, you've done it again -- you've managed to have yet another moment that other people would classify as falling firmly in the 'once in a lifetime' category. And me with NO camera to capture it! C'est la vie! |

Peppermint: You may be right and I may have misunderstood. One thing I didn't misunderstand is his sweet tooth!!! |

We had a short visit on the West End nest a few minutes ago. Here are the screen captures Dave (he took off this whole week to watch the grandkids in case I get called in for active jury duty since I'm on-call this week.) and I managed to get. Don't see any wingblings on either wing, so it must have been 'Wray' (the other female). Look forward to seeing all three of them on the nest at once! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey.....what's that I see over there.....One step....two step.....and she's off!!! Hoping someone caught her take-off! It was beautiful! |
