I had lunch with Jann and dropped her back off at the court house. She has to go at 1PM for jury selection. It is an eight day civil case and she heard it might have something to do with Kaiser. This is the second group that was called today for the same trial. If they are dropping everyone who has an affiliation with Kaiser then she should leave quickly. We belong to Kaiser and our daughter in law works for Kaiser. Talons crossed. |

Do we need to set up a schedule of workers to be sure security is available at all times and the twignappers are contained until nest occupation by the rightful owners? |

Yes, on next visit - Dad needs to move it up a bit before it's lost completely - maybe one of those little Jays will hop on and roll right off!!! Surprise.... Hmmm do you think they have any preference to the sticks they use - type of wood? I read somewhere they can't smell so cedar or pine wouldn't make it fresher to them now would it! Of course since they scavenge and eat fish (ugh) - I guess you're better off not smelling dinner! ![]() edit: time to go home - catch ya on the other side |

Make sure if the defendant is found guilty that the judge sentences them to pay a large donation to IWS. |

If showing up for jury duty makes you a legal expert there are going to be a lot of unemployed lawyers.

Catching up on posts here. Ojai Hikers....Nice one!.....Mr.and Mrs.R. Aven Patti, great capture...we have the evidence....you got him with the stick in his beak and I got him flying off with it.......both on film your honour! Hope you are feeling better too. That is so sad about the fire-fighters......You think once we get into October/November weather, even here on the nest coast, that there should be a respite from fires. harpo, sorry about your Robins and then the Wrens......did you ever discover what got into the nest?......Yes it was fun watching all the small birds who lived in the condo, below the Saanich nest in Victoria, come and go. Kept the eaglets..Big/Victoria and Lil/Sidney amused too! Have just done a Goodsearch.......Denny please note!.........so is Kaiser something to do with Health workers? Naturegal, if only they could read eh! That would be a super sign to hang from the nest! I just love the Hula-dachsund too. Especially the small coconut bra!!!! |
