SANDIE REPORT

I talked to Sandie this evening. She is in pain, but otherwise OK.
She has been to the doctor - nothing is broken. They put her arm in a sling and wrapped her knee.

Sandie will not be typing for a while, so we won't be hearing from her. I told her everyone was missing her. :Hugs:

Glad you got through to Sandie to find out how she's doing, Jo. I tried calling her a couple times, but kept getting voice mail.

The Norfolk Eagles were bonding again today.... <snip>

Those birds have done copious amounts of  ing for well over a month now.  Is it possible Mom ran out of eggs to be fertilized? She had to supply so many last year and only has Buddy to show for it

I do not know how old she is...or...maybe it's all Dad's fault !!! rofl <snip>

Mating is part of the eagle's bonding process along with their talon-locking arial dance, bringing fish to the nest, as well as building the nest together. It doesn't always result in an egg.

I knew I'd read this before (it's probably in Eaglepedia), but it is helpful that Peter answered a question today regarding mating and egg laying....

They mate repeatedly in the months leading up to egg laying. It usually takes about 24 hours for a fertilized egg to be laid.

She was probably still at the doctor's. I don't think she had been home long when I called her.

Thanks for the update on Sandie. :)^ We're all hoping she feels better soon. :X: I took a hard fall while hiking a month ago, and my knee still hurts. :( So, I know it takes time to heal. :o

Hang in there Sandie! :)^

Penny...yeah! I loved that song with Stevie and the Jonas Bros, also! Was awesome! What a dream come true to be able to be new to the music world and get to sing with such a music icon! I bet they were on cloud 9 all night

Janitor doesn't clean our room. We are responsible to do our own because we are not really part of the school. Long story. And no on the soap. I don't think I would be broken out all over if it was just the hand soap. Probably will never know what it was since there are so many different triggers

Sorry to hear about Sandie! I have had falls before and know how bad they can be.

And Deb...sorry you didn't get news of a quick fix for your finger but at least you know that your own dr. is doing the right thing for you. Hope it doesn't hurt at least.
