Marie Chocolate Covered Peanuts. My favorite, but they are murder on your teeth.

I broke my Bicuspid chewing steak the other night, and it was rare. I thought I had chomped down on a piece of bone till I put it in a napkin and examined it. I saw the tooth, and part of a silver filling. Now I may be facing Root Canal my 11th one, Post & Core my 2nd, and a crown my 6th. First we are going to try to fix it conservatively, and see how it goes. Not happy about the needle, but I sure don't want to feel it. Ken's pretty good that way. The entire inside lingual wall is GONE!

MSRP Holds a Restoration Symposium

For the first time ever, MSRP is holding a public event that will showcase all of the restoration work we have supported in the southern California region over the last several years. We will hear first-hand from the biologists and scientists that are completing the on-the-ground restoration work. Speakers will present on the four main topics of restoration that MSRP identified in their Restoration Plan. The topics include bald eagle, peregrine falcon, seabird, fishing, and fish habitat restoration.

The symposium will be held on March 31st at the Channel Islands National Park Visitor Center Auditorium in Ventura, CA from 9:00am to 4:00pm.

We look forward to sharing the accomplishments of the Montrose program with you!

For more information about MSRP please visit our website at
www.montroserestoration.gov

and someone asked me if there is a fee - living in NY I don't get to attend any of these and of course this one is a few days after we leave CA on our upcoming visit but I did get a confirmation -

NO FEE all welcomed!!

I figured out at Lunch today it's been 6 months since me last cigarette. It hasn't been easy with Ken puffing away, and smelling it on him. Nassy as Rob would have said when he was younger.

Ozzie is fine. The fire is no where near her. Her sons may be in danger though.

Ozzie is fine, but she does not have any sons.

The son of her sister in-law's family friend has perished in the Beechworth fires.
She did not know him.

I don't know if this has been posted before but I hadn't seen it. It is an update on our bald eagles from the Montrose Settlements Restoration Program.
