Patti - I love Cribbage! My uncle taught us one summer down at the beach. I haven't played it in ages.

Next time you come out we'll have to play! My ex- taught me how to play...we used to play by kerosene lantern light when we went camping....good times...

And the US Forest Service Winter Bald Eagle Count is Saturday. They say they need volunteers for Big Bear, Lake Hemet and Silverwood Lake in San Bernardino, from 8 to 11 am. :ok:

Where are you finding this information, Kris?

AMAZINGLY SIMPLE HOME REMEDIES

Avoid cutting yourself when slicing vegetables by getting someone else to hold them while you chop.

Avoid arguments with your woman about lifting the toilet seat by using the sink.

For high blood pressure sufferers: simply cut yourself and bleed for a few minutes, thus reducing the pressure in your veins. Remember to use a timer.

A mouse trap, placed on top of your alarm clock, will prevent you from rolling over and going back to sleep after you hit the snooze button.

If you have a bad cough, take a large dose of laxatives; then you'll be afraid to cough.

You only need two tools in life - WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40. If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.

Remember: Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

I'm really being surprised by my RSVP list for my parent's 75th anniversary party...I sent invitations to relatives very far away, just so they could send a card to my parents or maybe a phone call.. well.. everyone is coming... I think you can say it 'backfired' on me as it will be raining cats and dogs and I won't have the use of my two decks and the yard.. something I have always depended on with kids... so am a little nervous, but yet it is all family so we will just be closer than usual.. 44 so far and still some that have not heard from...I'm keeping a couple of guests a surprise :)^ I'm only online with you because I'm too tired to stand anymore.. I have been c -------ing the house for two days and almost done.. then can start on shopping and cooking.
