Veery interestinik! (in my bad arte johnson immitation) Ive always been a monopoly addict. I have known of clandestine maps on silk used for evading and eluding the enemy by downed airmen but this is sheer genius by MI6. Even before the days of Q and 007 |

I am ok today and happier than a pig in fresh mud with the record heat we are supposed to have today. Supposed to hit over 70 today here which will be the warmes t day since 1878. Will hopefully go out on my Trek bike this am to do a few much needed errands. I am rather lucky in that most of my day to day needs can be met from merchants only a short ride from my door. Odd thing is that often times i can get where i need to be on the bike faster than if i drove the lemonsine i have. Another plus is that i dont need to jockey for a parking spot in some of the store lots i frequent. I can normally park and lock practically right in front of thier entrances.Aside from the ecological benefits, it helps keep my sugars under control, rehab the bum leg and gives me some cardio vascular benefits too. ![]() Odd thing, while i loved my trek road bike the thin tires were a pita to repair. The newer trek 7100 "trail bike" is alot easier to maintain and fewer if any blown tires. Even though it is the one which broke my leg |

How are you feeling George? My DH has been up all night with a sore throat and temp of 102.4. Poor guy I was able to get him in to see the doctor this morning at 10.The snow has melted and the temps are rising, but we are getting drenched. I might have to rent a boat We are under flood warning. Or at least we were. I seen the weather radar and its nothing but rain, rain, rain

Good morning all. WOW I slept in late this morning! Must have needed it. Have some errands this morning. Hope my Pocket Rocket will start. I haven't driven it is 3 weeks. This lil ole lady only drives to & from Church anymore, and an occasional local store like today to get some things for my plants that should be arriving any day now. SANDIE I this the Manager is filing a Report probably to cover their butts thinking you are going to Sue them. I would certainly do that, especially if you had notified them about the condition on that walkway. Go take you own pictures before they get someone to fix it. I know you body is hurting but that will go away as you heal. Take a Bath as hot as you can stand it or a shower. Just let the water run over your body to relax those muscles. |
