Penny: They will run Reruns of the Westminster Show. Not sure when. I too need to watch it when it comes on. Ken thought he was taping it, but he had run out of room so he missed the first night with the German Shepherd Dog as well as the Dalmatian. I like to study the Bloodlines of the G.S.D. since I own one. The Breeder I bought Bell from her father had a G.S.D. win his Class years ago @ Westminster. It was Benji. |

A sad day today for me. At Lunch we got a call from Connie. My Fishing Buddy and also a friend of Ken, and fellow Ham Radio operator is now a silent key. He passed away last night at the young age of 66. Matt moved down to Florida several years ago to take care of his father who had Ca. of the Bone. Matt was enjoying his Retirement until they discovered he had Ca. of the lung. They removed the lung, and he quit smoking. He had an Aortic Anurysm that sprung a leak earlier this year and was operated on again. After the surgery he was put on Life Support which they took him off of Monday since he was doing so well. Tuesday they discovered an Infection and he choked on something leading to a Cardiac Arrest. He was re-susitated and put back on Life Support. Last night @ around 9:30 he passed away. Please keep this dear friend of ours in your prayers. Even though he is no longer with us he may need our prayers. I would appreciate that. His sister Connie and he were very close and she just had a Total Knee done. She can't travel to Fl. for the Services since she could through a DVT Blood clot. The hospital would not allow her to talk to Matt so she feels absolutely terrible. Spoke to her at Lunch and she is terribly distraught. She needs our help. |

LaLa The BIS Judge at Westminster is always put into seclusion until just before the BIS Class begins. As so not to influence the decision. |

When we went out this morning I saw some packages on the Office Stoop. YUP! I got my Banana Tree and the Hindu Rope Plant I had ordered the other day! Just planted the Banana Plant and watered it. Now I'm awaiting my Tea Olive Tree and Cinnamon Tree, and that may cheer me a little. |

So sorry about your dear friend's passing Cricket. You can plant one of those trees in his memory. ![]() It must be warmer where you are to be planting trees already.

Our little Hummer chick is just about ready to leave....look how big his wings are. Going by past fledges, he could have left already but the grub must be too good to pass up.

Oh I didn't put it outside yet even though it's 70 today. We will have snow Saturday. I did put it in a pot. Since it was shipped without one. Sorry if I goofed up and caused you to think otherwise. I'm not 100% now. |
