Well i am glad it has worked out for you sucessfully! When it comes to surgery, i should be awarded frequent flyer miles. I am a brain tumor survior now for 15 years after having 18 hours of surgery to my thick skull. Have had more nose jobs than michael jackson and the two on my leg in the past 18 months. Now we and they both must exercise care to make sure things are done properly. As mom used to tell me when i was a new driver, the same goes for any medical procedure, "george, remember, you are a long time DEAD!"In the terminology of the health care and insurance industry i am referred to as what they call a "Train wreck". Everything is complicated with the history of my diabetes. Lucky for me, this also has allowed me to follow the trends in health care over the years so as to make sure i know what i am getting done to me. With doctors, you are the customer so "the only dumb questions are the ones we never ask or only ask after something bad happens". Just food for thought. ![]() I am confident this surgery will be, pardon the pun , a cake walk compared to the others ive had so far. |

Wishing you all the best George. Regarding Sweden, my ex-husband is Swedish, his grandparents migrated here in the 30's. I'm German with a very Swedish last name. Scandanavia is another area, I would love to see, so beautiful. |

George I always mark my body ex: when I had my Left shoulder done I marked on the right one not this one. On the left I put this one! Same with my right hip this one, and on the left side not this one . They have been known to make mistakes and take the wrong leg or breast off. Janna I'm right here. I had a patient and am waiting on another. Will be on tonight for sure. Glad to see we are getting more people interested. It's wonderful. It would be great to see Peetie too. |
