MrGoose is the photographer. I take the binoculars. The park is about an hour and 15 minutes from our home. We also visit Conowingo Dam in Maryland and so far we have found three active eagle nests this season. This weekend for the first time I saw a male eagle fly in and take over egg-sitting as female eagle flew off. It was awesome!

Sounds like other Cruzers in your area MrsGoose... hope you get to show them your secret nests some day...

The park is in Lancaster county near the Pa/Md border. It is off of route 222.

I'm going to get the Chest x-ray this Saturday.

Both Links I put in on the other Thread had to be removed by a Mod.. I was told it was advertising. So anyone interested in joining us on the trip to Ireland we can chat here.

If its advertising over there, isn't it advertising in chat as well?? just curious

Ah ok, youre closer than I thought to me then. Mr Goose does take great shots!
If you remember that Dupont who shot the olympic wrestler about 10 years ago, well, he was my former neighbor and now a guest of the commonwealth for another 10 years i think.

In November and December the migrating eagles stop at Conowingo Dam and there are more than 100 eagles at the Dam. We probably saw a dozen eagles at the Dam this weekend and found one nest there. The other two nests we found at Susquehannock State Park. It's about a half hour drive between the two places.
