Peetie, I just finished the homework assignment you gave me and posted the results in the video/camera site... I love the enthusiasm you have for your photography and doing your homework before buying!

I wasnt going to do it but i too posted three shots just for demonstration there. Same subject shot with 35mm and then with a 600mm last shot there shows the area from the same postion shown by the red square showing the area covered by a 600 in the image shot with the 35mm lens |

here is a view shot with a 35mm lens and then the red boxed area showing what one would see from the same shooting point with a 600mm. Note the smaller area of the 600mm (the angle of view) . Smaller angle of view with the magnification to fill the frame![]() The area full frame of what is the red boxed area on above shot ![]() Both shot from the same exact location with the wide angle and the telephoto without any cropping. These two are both full frame uncropped Sorry mods, i thought this might be worth showing here to show what happens when the length of a lens increases |

Marti, I can't find the time to be own very often and when I am own, its just to lurk and catch-up on all the post and NO. I love to read what all of you are doing and to keep up with our beloved eagles everywhere. Like a lot of you, my favorite nest is PH with K10 and K26. It will be a year in April that I found all of you on this awesome forum and what a wild ride we have had since. |

I didn't see what K-10 brought back to the nest with K-26 in pursuit, but 26 swallowed it whole! |
