Cheryl, glad your mom's surgery went well.

I had an epidural also. I think that must be what they are doing for most knee replacements.

I don't remember a thing about the surgery except some hammering so it was almost like having a general anesthetic.

Hello :}^

Been away from my computer all day, but I can see you all have carried on without me just fine. All your pics are just great :)^ :ok: . I still have a point and click one but one day...maybe I'll have a super-duper dooky scooper too.. rofl

Trish, glad to see you're posting again and that your mom is doing well. We miss you.

Jaimen is playing baseball this year and I have been going to his practice in the afternoon's. Maybe I can take :clk: and let you all know how he is doing.

We had a scare in the neighborhood this evening. One of Jaimen's friends went missing for awhile. After the police got involved, found him at his aunt's house. He left a note on the coffee table but did not tell his sister that he was leaving. His aun't picked him up in front of his house. She should have gone in and told his sister but did not. DH and I had our spotlight in the truck, driving thru the streets calling out his name. Jaimen and his mother was also out looking for him. I think maybe Jaimen learned a lesson tonight too. I hope so...

I'm trying to wind down with a glass of wine before going to bed.
Take care everyone :)^

Oh Marie! I know how scary that is! One of our kids at school decided to walk home instead of coming over to our before and after school program, which is right on the school campus. He was in 1st grade at the time. Called his parents and the police. They found him sitting in the living room at home watching cartoons like nothing was wrong  Glad that Jaimen's friend was not really missing and there was just a misunderstanding. I bet his parents were sick to their stomachs!

It wasn't Jaimen, it was Jaimen's friend and we searched for about an hour. They did not see the note on the table. Yes, very scary.
