See ya tomorrow Peetie Back from Dr. and store.. My mom is free and clear of all Dr. appointments for the forseeable future.. seems like they would always set up a follow-up appt. every time we saw a Dr. now, we are released!!!!!! She can quilt again and thread her own needles as she told the doctor... and read magazines... I do have a feeling she might want to re-do the hearing aide now that things have settled down for her...but am happy for her today... |

Wish Maria & John would get Certified. One never knows when you will need it. They have a pool and 3 children John John 9 mos., Rob 10 y/o, and Cecilia 17 y/o. I've personally had 2 saves. The first was a patient in the hospital. My Grand-daughter was my second one at 18 mos. Ken has had 1 it was my Step-mother. I couldn't get the leverage to do the Heimlich Maneuver on her. So I asked Ken to take over as I saw Dad getting upset. I stood by the phone just in case, but he helped her with the first thrush. She always called him her Hero, and told everyone how he saved her life. |

I got my Chest X-ray done today after Lunch. Wouldn't you know my scrub top and undergarment got locked in the locker, and I couldn't get the key to work the door. I started beating the crap out of the locker when a Nurse walked by. She said oh this one always does that. She kicked the bottom once, banged the top once, and it popped open! I'll have to remember that trick! |

It's been a full week. A longtime client passed away, another had to finally admit her husband to an assisted living facility, and a good friend had a big auto accident last night after passing out at the wheel from hypoglycemia. She is in the hospital, where I spent a good part of the day when I wasn't seeing clients. If bad news comes in threes, we're done for awhile. Good news is my friend is going to be fine, just broken ribs from the seatbelt and a totaled new car plus the three parked cars she took out with her. JoJo, I got to see the butterflies before they migrated to Mexico and I took a few pictures of them. They aren't the best, but they will give you a general idea: http://picasaweb.google.com/soberman8/Butt...324575727488402 Loved your heron photos today LaLa, and Carole, as always I enjoyed seeing who is hanging around your house, including Squish and the eagles! |

Anyone accompanying me anywhere always looks more than halfway human just by comparison. Dont worry, just dont get any hangnails or ingrown toenails before the hike aroudn the pa convention center
