No doubt in my mind, she is sitting on an egg.. she puts her feet down so carefully of either side ... egg is really deep.. but she picks up fluff and drops it down near the egg.. hope K-10 come home soon so she can show him...

OK finally had time to check my Facebook farm - had some fruit trees to harvest but all else is good. whew! being a farmer is hard work - even if virtual! ![]() Oh and when you go to the farm game - you can click on your friends' farms and see what they are up to! Are you my friend? |

Sure, blame us. June got me started on Facebook. My friend, Judy, got me started on the farm.....and the rest, as they say, is history. |

Wow! It sounds like it is raining big time at PH. Just got in and heard some rolling thunder! Mom(?) is on the nest. Tree is swaying back and forth. Edit - went over to NO - guess it is just lots of wind! No one mentions rain.

It's a bright sunny day in the channel and onshore. It's in the low 70's, and not a cloud in the sky. So, it definitely wasn't thunder. Our girl K26, picked a beautiful day to lay her first egg of 2009! |

You guys are so funny, thanks for all the indepth info on Strep. I will be able to go to work tomorrow. On antibiotics. I used to get it all the time when I was a kid. They took out my tonsils because of it.
Was excited to see #26 sitting today, thought the egg might arrive) Missed my birthday. Oh well, maybe next time. I am sooooo jealous of Soaring Feather's homebase. I love dear. My family is all from the south. How cool that you can go to the nest. Have to step away and fix some dinner. Mom's never are able to get sick you know, they always want to know what's for dinner. You guy are the best, eagleaddict
