What luck! I have the PS nest up on my computer at work and I just like to check in with it occasionally. So far this morning I have been able to catch 2 fly-ins by K10!

Good Morning, Eagle Peeps! :}^

When I brought up PH (first thing I do when I get to work) there were K10 & K26! A great way to start my day.

:Hugs: to all who can use one today - I suspect that's most of us!

Lunch time. DH is busy and can't have lunch with me, so I'm eating my salad at my desk. At least I can catch up with you all. :D

Glad to see all the activity at all the nests. Glad to have NO to check on so I know what all's going on. You all are doing a great job over in N.O.. Thanks. :)^

So had my follow up on Monday with Dr. K. The Injections did absolutely nothing for me. New MRI showed two protrusions. One on the bottom of the L5 disc and one on the L4 disc which is pressing on the L5 nerve. :o So I have two more injections scheduled this time targeting the problem with the L4 and L5. Injections will be placed in a different area. :X:

Meanwhile I started physical therapy yesterday. It was and is brutal. I have this one stretching exercise 10 reps once every hour. It only takes like a minute or so. I've been doing them every hour. Thank god for motrin.

Welcome Soaring Feather. I like both names.

CDN, I to liked that Y branch. I'm really concerned that the nest itself may have sustained damage. I hope not hope it's still sturdy and stable.

Linda, Love your "Scout Avator". I just love scout.

Laurie, wishing you all the best. Those injections and back problems are sometimes unbearable. I'm having a bout of sciatica, the numb throbbing leg, a total drag! But, I'm seeing my acupuncturist tomorrow afternoon, relief is on the horizon. Take care Laurie. :Hugs:

we have 3 neighborhood kitties who are wandering around the neighborhood and of course our house lately and poor Trinity is beside herself. very hard learning self control of course she doesn't know that kitties know she's behind a door and can't get them  they walk about 3 feet away from the door time and time again - I think they're doing it on purpose! :hair: :hair:

Laurie, looks like the doctors are at least narrowing down the area of concern with your back. Keep trying with the physio, you'll be glad that you did even though it hurts like crazy at the time. I like Naproxen (prescription here) but in the States I know that you can get Aleve over the counter, which is the same thing, maybe lesser strength though.

Lala, I am so envious thinking of you being able to do some gardening today. I will have to wait until around May 24th!!! :(

Vicki, good luck with the acupuncture visit, I've had that done and it works.

 I just love being apart of this forum. Thanks for making me feel so welcomed. I sit at the computer in between house work and look at nests. I am so addicted. My eagles are in Guntersville, AL. There isn't a cam there, so we go visit it at least twice a week. I have a spotting scope and I take my Mom, my 90 year old Grandma and my 10 & 6 year old (hubby is geeting addicted but right now he goes for the food) and we watch the babies flex their wings and Mom and Dad deliver food. They are right on the Tenn River so fishing is great and lots of ducks. It is awesome, the kids get so excited. (sorry to raddle on)
