Atlanta? Can you say Cruzer Event? Just kidding, but I sure would love to get up close and personal with that squishable ball of fur!

Your little orange ball of fur seems pretty squishable too, Lala! Look out for those pointy things on his feet though!

Speaking of pictures - Penny, I don't tell you often enough how much I love the fabulous eagle pictures you post every day.  I can only dream of ever getting one shot like these and these guys do it every day.  What a way to make a living!

Kathie, those eagle papparazzi all have real jobs too.....they must need them to pay for all their camera lenses and accoutrements. :D

George
this uncropped shot of Ma Norfolk was taken using a Whimberley 2 camera mount.

Photo by Duane Noblick...he considers this image to be in his "I'm not worthy gallery"
because it is blurry!!! She was flying right over his head when he took this photo. :)^

That was it Jann, it came with it's big mouth open, I thought it was gonna swallow us like Jonah!   rofl   Thanks for the clarification!  It was definitely a baskin shark.  Huge and creepy, but very gentle, except when it used our keel as a back scratcher!   rofl  rofl

Being a natural born land lubber, I'm sure I would have screamed had I seen that gaping throat approaching any boat I was on....but where can you run to???? :8O: :8O: :8O:

A dingy would not be the way to get away rofl rofl rofl

I hid in the closet! Not to smart if he sunk the boat. I turned the music up on the stereo, and hid like a little chicken! :o The boat was rocking and rolling, and BTW, it was a 40 foot sailboat, nothing big.

If Duane Noblick thinks that is a "not worthy" shot I would be ashamed to post my pics! And his computer screen must be blurry cause that shot is NOT blurry to me at all

TURTLES ARE BACK AT THE POND

This past weekend as we were returning from golf, a huge turtle
was sleeping in my driveway. I was a bit scared of picking it up as I
woke it up and it seemed quite upset. I carefully pushed it onto the grass
and it went into the water. I think we were both relieved.

I now have Mr. Mallard eating out of my hand and being very gentle.
