Yeah the first day of spring in philly, is when the Flower Show opens. Even if we get 12" of snow two weeks later. IT is rather amazing to see the change just by looking at hte ebb and flow of folks darting around the sidewalks after the show. The local twp here did plow earlier this morning here but there is still that white crud all over my street. I hope at least that they spread out some rock salt or plow again now that the snow has stopped. Then the 3/4 walk up to the McDonalds wont be as bad if any of this is melted or cleared away, Cold feet will be no problem for such an eggciting get together. I am not even going to lugg the cane around with us since the leg is pain free after the screws were removed. I really should have timed how long it normally takes to hoof it to there because then i would be able to guestimate properly so that whomever i am meeting wont be there waiting any longer than necessary. Depending on the time ,I could even grab my am feeding there so that i could just get up and go wednesday morning without having to cook. |

http://www.birdforum.net/ Found out about this bird forum from a fellow photographer yesterday on the boat, he said it is a wonderful resource for all birders.. not a commercial sight so hope OK to post address... I've already joined and have posted my eagle from yesterday.... and for George and Ian, a section on equipment review..fun reading what others use. |

Your reminds me of 'Death by Chocolate' Laurie :lol:I had to snag that one to send to my son Please go easy with the PT. I personally do not believe in the 'no pain no gain' theory especially when dealing with a severe back issue. Been there, done that!!! Slowly, surely gets the job done with no extra trauma. If the therapist is giving you exercises that are too painful, ask for something you can handle. Sometimes they become like whip crackers because they don't want the therapy to take forever. It is your body and you have to live in it. Take it easy until you are healing better Suffering is not the answer when it comes to rehabilatation.

Hello everyone! i've been trying to post on here for a while, but kept getting distracted by the eagles. No school today! Snow has stopped for now, expecting a few more inches later today.

I checked it out last night, pretty cool sight. Congratulations on posting your beautiful eagle photo's from yesterday. I tried registering last night, and it was kicking me back regarding my password then the blurry letter/number thing at the bottom. I was tired, so I'll try again tonight. That guy definitely had one giant lens on that camera! Wow!
