Dawn - Wonderful outcome for your son. St. Judes is a miracle hospital. I am Canadian but have heard such great things about it. You were in the right place at the right time.

The journey at St. Judes was very scarey yet wonderful. There is so much love there for the children from the Docs and nurses even the cafeteria and cleaning people. We have some many friends from there now and I email them regualrly. We have been going back every 6 months now for the past 2 years just to make sure all is well with him. If I knew how to post a pic of him and sister I would. We were VERY VERY blessed. THanks. |

I'm here at work, with PH nest up, and the morning sounds coming through. Couldn't see the Channel Islands on my way to work, as there is fog in the channel. My boss is golfing this morning until 10, so I can be on here for a while. Thank you, IWS crew, for getting the camera back up.

And with that last post, I just "graduated" to advanced member. It's great to be "officially" here after so long. |

we love all the eagles and cams but it's easy enough to have one that has a special place in your the best part - every eagle has such a different personality - each couple have their own "couple" identity - it's such great fun!Dawn - read your posts - congrats to your son and may he have continued great health!

Yes, Deb, I love the distinct personalities and how we are all learning to interpret their individual calls, etc. What a learning experience. |

Yes, Deb, I love all their distinct personalities and how we are all learning to recognize and interpret their individual calls, etc. What a learning experience. (I just posted this about 2 minutes ago, and it did appear on the forum. Then I went to edit it as I thought I saw a typo, got to the edit page and decided there was no typo, so went "back" and it disappeared from the forum altogether. This is probably the answer to those who have had their postings "disappear" unexplainedly. - IMHO) |

And now they are both there. I guess that's a sign to quit chatting, and get to work. |

to all. :soar:

I have been there before about 2 years ago. Lost my dear father in April and in Sept found out my 4 yr old son had a rare cancer. It is a tough road to climb up but you can do it and besides we need you here to talk to us and help keep track of these babies.
