Well, it looks as if Wray may have laid her second egg last night! Cumbrian has a video of the blessed event of last night on the NO board. I had to come up with a description and for some reason that classic book "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" came to my warped mind. So if trees grow in brooklyn eggs grow in West End I am up this morning here before the rooster and am ready to fly to go see some spring blooms with cricket at The Philadelphia Flower Show today and later American Hockey League game of the Philadelphia Phantoms vs The Norfolk Admrials. So there is a tie in with our beloved eagles with the norfolk nest at least which will reduce my eagle withrdawl symptoms. |

Good morning George. Have my ducks in a row this morning. Getting ready to wash my hair, and may put my War Paint on too not sure about that. Will call you prior to leaving on Land Line. Should take me 30-39 min. to get there so you should leave when I call. Bundle up it's COLD OUTSIDE 18 degrees! |

Good morning George and Cricket, I guess we're the early birds. Can't say I evny you with all that snow, but there is something for germ freezing. Cuts down on sickness I think. Bundle up and have a good day. We are expecting rain here today, Guess PH will be wet. I seem to appreciate there tenacity more each day. Looking forward to the March 19th get together. Told my husband we have to go. It will be fun to actually put some faces to the names I see everyday. Good day to all, Eagleaddict

Well, there is something about cooler temps. I used to heat the ward here at the asylum to about 70 degrees but reduced my thermostat to a frigid 65. Since then, i have noted that i have gotten fewer colds and viruses. While I HATE cold, I HATE being SICK even more! |

Looks like both of us were only 5 minutes apart from starting the threads this am. We must have been on the same wavelength this am.

anyway it's pretty cold here but no wind - thank goodness - of course still lots of snow everywhere! I really do have to work today and get my stuff packed and make sure ES is good to go - off to OH tomorrow afternoon - gotta take care of some things with my mom and visit with my kids - I'll be away Thurs afternoon until Tues AM. I can check in from time to time at my DD's but won't be able to help with NO's for a few days, etc. Worried about my farm too .... hmmmmm need to plant 3 day crops at least! Thurs - ES to train, get my suitcase and stuff, go to work for a bit, go to therapy, go back to work for a bit, go to airport, fly to Baltimore (HI Paula and folks down that way ), fly to Columbus (HI Steff's family ) then drive to my family getting to DD's about midnight - oh well! then hope this finds everyone doing better today - if you need it here it is thoughts to Bev |
